However, I also recalled the indisputable fact that Ozaki Hotsumi had been a senior employee at Asahi Shimbun and one of its foremost China experts.
I inferred that even now Asahi Shimbun must be filled with Ozaki Hotsumi–like minds.

At the same time, I became convinced that the shoddiness of the so-called cultural figures who still align themselves with Asahi Shimbun is beyond description.
After that, when I read the following book review, I was left speechless.
Because the evil of Asahi had reached its extreme.
