Dated April 14, 2020, this article argues that the G7 nations, excluding Italy, and the free democratic world must unite firmly against China in the wake of the Wuhan virus disaster. It discusses the Chinese Communist Party’s ambitions toward Taiwan and the Senkaku Islands, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Shi Zhengli, the need for the Chinese people to overthrow one-party dictatorship, and the possibility of global compensation claims against China.

I am republishing the chapter I republished on March 23.
The reason is that, as I pointed out in this chapter, the G7 nations excluding Italy, and the nations that, like us, uphold intelligence, freedom, and democracy as national principles, must now unite firmly and show China an unwavering stance.
Xi Jinping must sense that the hearts of the people are leaving him.
That is why he is repeatedly sending vessels into the territorial waters around the Senkaku Islands day after day, and why, on the 11th, he sent the aircraft carrier Liaoning through the waters between Okinawa and Miyakojima.
It is no exaggeration to say that the CCP hides all information.
In addition, when it comes to national security, the Japanese mass media are, without exaggeration, the greatest gathering of fools in the world.
But the CCP is different.
They are bottomless evil and plausible lies themselves, and the very incarnation of intrigue and stratagem.
The rapid spread of the Wuhan virus in the United States now even makes me suspect that it may be Chinese terrorism.
For the purpose of weakening American power as much as possible.
Even if the CCP were to launch an invasion of Taiwan and seize the Senkaku Islands tomorrow, it would not be strange in the least.
Rather, the only country and military in the world that has likely detected such signs is the United States and the U.S. military.
That is precisely why, from the 10th to the 11th, a U.S. Navy destroyer passed through the Taiwan Strait and sailed in waters on the Chinese side beyond the median line between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan.
Those who do not understand the significance of this at all are the foolish Japanese mass media.
The same is true of Europe, steeped in pseudo-moralism and pseudo-political correctness.
In other words, unlike an irresponsible Europe that bears no true responsibility for the world’s crises, the United States sees through China’s malice perfectly.
Do not even dream, CCP, that the U.S. military has been weakened by the virus disaster.

But China, what will you do now?
It is a clear fact known by people all over the world, except for WHO’s Tedros and countries drowning in debt to China, that this Wuhan virus is something China scattered across the world.
China, what will you do?
You extorted an enormous amount of money from Japan through fabrication, but this time the matter is an undeniable fact.
Perhaps all the more in order to escape paying compensation for the immense damage it has caused the world, China has now begun making statements as though it were the victim.
There are even reports that China has begun saying that the virus was brought in by the United States.
It is no exaggeration to say that there is only one thing the world must learn from China’s conduct, which has plunged the entire world into crisis.
It is this: China, the China of Communist Party dictatorship, must never again be allowed to grow arrogant.
Japan, located next to China, is the country that has suffered, and continues to suffer, the greatest damage from China’s arrogance.
But the Japanese people must know that this is the Japan of the postwar era.
From thousands of years ago until before the war, Japan was never continually deceived by China, a country of bottomless evil and plausible lies.
That is because the countless great men Japan has produced since the beginning of recorded history knew the evil of China.
Japan has continued to suffer damage because the people who have controlled newspapers such as the Asahi Shimbun and television media such as NHK have become China’s running dogs.
Japan must use this calamity as a lesson and immediately shut out this damage.
For Japan and for the world, what is absolutely necessary for that purpose is to swiftly amend the constitution imposed by GHQ immediately after the end of the war, a constitution designed to weaken Japan permanently, indeed it would not be an exaggeration to say to destroy Japan.
Even an elementary school child can understand that being a major nuclear-armed power is one of the greatest factors behind China’s present tyranny.
Japan must immediately become a major nuclear-armed power and stop China’s tyranny.
Japan must constantly monitor China.
Japan must immediately stop China’s research and production of biological and chemical weapons.
This is all the more true because, on this point, Japan alone in the world, as the only country that does not conduct research into or manufacture biological and chemical weapons, has the right to speak.
The time has long since come for the world to recognize China’s evil.
The wife of Canada’s prime minister became infected, and a Brazilian government official who had been near President Trump later became infected.
Above all, if one looks at the situation in Italy, the probability is becoming ever higher that this Wuhan virus was caused by China making it as a biological and chemical weapon.
The person responsible is likely Shi Zhengli, the female scientist and “P4” researcher at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, whom Masayuki Takayama told us about the other day.

Lu Xun said that the Chinese people are permanently slaves; in other words, they are a people with a slave mentality, or a people whose normal state is subordination.
But today’s Chinese people are no longer permitted to remain content within the literary words of such a historically famous writer.
The Chinese Communist Party, which was never a victorious nation in any true sense, expelled the Kuomintang and yet only usurped its position.
It then, incredibly, obtained even the status of a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, and has enjoyed the fruits of the postwar order.
In particular, over the past several decades, China has obtained the greatest benefit from the postwar world.
And now it is inflicting the greatest postwar damage upon that world to which it owes so much, especially upon the advanced nations.
There is only one path by which the Chinese people can atone for the greatest postwar crime they have committed against the world.
It is to immediately overthrow the one-party dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party.
There is no other way to atone to the world.
Some commentators say that the Chinese Communist Party’s one-party dictatorship will not fall because it has established strong authoritarian control.
But there is no need even to resort to the stale phrase that nothing is absolute.
In truth, the one-party dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party could fall at once.
If, tomorrow, the majority of the Chinese people simply did not go to work, and continued that state for one week, it would be no exaggeration to say that the one-party dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party would collapse.
Xi Jinping, whose face reveals that he is in fact extremely timid, that is to say, a dictator, would realize his own end after only a few days in which the majority of the people did not go to work.
In communist terminology, that is so-called sabotage.
However, at that time, the world must also be absolutely prepared for something.
When Xi Jinping judges that he has no moves left and has been driven into a corner, before deciding to step down from power himself, there is a high possibility that he will launch an invasion of Taiwan or an invasion of the Senkaku Islands in order to divert criticism from the people.
At that time, the world must speak to Xi Jinping with one voice.
Italy will likely not come along, but a country that has fallen into such foolishness can only be left alone.

Perhaps, in your foolishness, you cannot understand that not one of your country’s soldiers possesses the concept of a country they love.
The moment our world army and your country’s army open hostilities, most of your country’s soldiers will flee.
No, before that, you will be purged.
Precisely because you know that this is the normal condition of one-party communist dictatorship, you must be timid.
There is not even one chance in ten thousand that you could win against the world.
To begin with, you are merely a naked king, and no one with sound intelligence takes you seriously.
A handful of people who merely call black white and rule the people through propaganda and fear.
Even those people do not believe in their own country, and place their children and assets in our world, beginning with the United States.
There is only one path the Chinese people must now take in order to atone to mankind.
If the Chinese people accomplish it, the world will likely not demand immense compensation.
That is because our world, unlike China and the Korean Peninsula, is not a world built upon bottomless evil and plausible lies.
But if the Chinese people do nothing, then the world must begin calculating damages now so that, as soon as the pandemic caused by the Wuhan virus comes to an end, each country can demand from China compensation for the immense damage it has suffered.
Let me offer an extremely useful reference example.
China buried its own poison gas weapons, fabricated the claim that they were the work of the Japanese military, and extorted one trillion yen from Japan in this case alone.
The Nanjing Massacre, Unit 731, exploiting erroneous reporting on history textbooks, and so on.
Altogether, the amount would be no less than roughly ten trillion yen.
The damage the world is now suffering is not fabricated in any way.
It is an undeniable fact that the whole world is watching and suffering through day after day.
Needless to say, the amount to be demanded from China will be several times, even several dozen times, the amount that China extorted from Japan through fabrication.
