This essay exposes a fundamental truth of civilizational history: masterpieces of women’s literature emerged naturally within Japanese civilization more than 800 years before women writers were recognized in Western society. By comparing Murasaki Shikibu and Sei Shōnagon with Jane Austen and the Brontë sisters, this work critically examines the ignorance and hypocrisy behind the United Nations’ repeated accusations against Japan regarding women’s rights, revealing how historical facts have been deliberately ignored in favor of political propaganda.
Regarding the previous chapter, I have decided to publish this chapter because I believe the following points must be clearly conveyed to the world as matters of critical importance.
The works of Jane Austen and the Brontë sisters are unquestionably literary achievements that will endure in human history.
There is no room for dispute on this point.

However, there exists an extremely important fact here—one that has been deliberately ignored for a very long time.
I believe it is necessary to make this fact unmistakably known to the international community, particularly to the United Nations, and especially to its human rights bodies concerned with discrimination against women.

The emergence of these women, and the arrival of a society in which women could be recognized and flourish as writers within the Western world, occurred from the latter half of the eighteenth century to the early nineteenth century.
This is a historical fact.

By contrast, what was the situation within Japanese civilization.
Murasaki Shikibu, the author of The Tale of Genji.
Sei Shōnagon, the author of The Pillow Book.
These works remain, even today, among the highest peaks of world literature written by women.

Moreover, these masterpieces emerged organically from within Japanese civilization around the year 1000.
In other words, this occurred more than eight hundred years before Jane Austen and the Brontë sisters finally appeared in Western society.

This is a clear and indisputable fact of civilizational history, one that no sophistry can overturn.

Nevertheless, the international community—particularly the United Nations, and more specifically those women and individuals serving on committees addressing discrimination against women—have continued, without hesitation, to accuse Japan of being a society that discriminates against women,
to claim that women’s rights have been suppressed,
and to repeat such statements filled with ignorance and arrogance up to the present day.

They should first be ashamed of their own ignorance.
They should then reflect sincerely on how fragile and distorted the Western-centric historical perspective upon which they have relied truly is.

They have no qualification whatsoever to again accuse Japan of being a nation that discriminates against women,
or of being culturally backward,
or to voice such falsehoods and prejudices.

Unless these facts are confronted honestly, neither the United Nations, nor international human rights discourse, nor claims to defend women’s rights possess any legitimacy at all.

Moreover, they must recognize the sheer stupidity, baseness, and ignorant blindness of themselves, who act precisely in accordance with the anti-Japan propaganda of China—an historically worst-ever totalitarian state, where the “bottomless evil” and “plausible lies” of that nation have been compounded by the additional evil of one-party rule by the Communist Party—and it is toward themselves, not Japan, that they must issue recommendations for human rights violations.
In Japan, it is increasingly recognized that pro-China politicians, academics, commentators, and business leaders across virtually all sectors have, almost without exception, fallen into honey traps and money traps.
This was an undeniable fact openly acknowledged in the past by Chinese officials themselves.

More than forty years into the online era, the true nature of the old media has also begun to be exposed to the light of day—this too is an undeniable fact.
It is likewise an undeniable fact that it has been reported intermittently that China has ensnared individuals holding key positions in organizations such as the United Nations through large-scale money traps.

Astonishingly, it would not be an exaggeration to say that all those who issued so-called human rights recommendations against Japan have themselves fallen into China’s traps—this, too, has become an undeniable fact.

In other words, before they face the torments of Enma, the King of Hell, they would do well to confess their own sins.
Since many of them may be Christians, they would be better advised to repent.
