Japan’s old media failed to inform the public that ministries, including the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice, as well as U.S. Forces Japan, maintain official websites for direct information disclosure.
Instead, yielding to foreign pressure, they have rushed headlong into reporting aimed at destroying Prime Minister Takaichi, resulting in a complete loss of public trust.

I visited the Ministry of Finance website for the first time.
In fact, I learned for the first time that the Ministry of Finance even had an official website.
At the same time, I discovered the website of the Ministry of Justice.
I also learned, for the first time, that the “Ship for Asian Youth” program, designed to deepen relations with ASEAN countries, is administered under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice.
Rather than engaging in the foolishly biased reporting that openly exposes how NHK and other old media outlets appear to be influenced by China and the Korean Peninsula, they should have informed readers and viewers of the fact that each ministry of our country maintains its own official website.
U.S. Forces Japan also maintain and disseminate information through official websites.
These are precisely the kinds of facts that should have been conveyed to the public.
Because they failed to inform the public of such matters and instead continued biased reporting focused solely on attacking the government in accordance with their own misguided ideology and the intentions of China and the Korean Peninsula, they were ultimately abandoned by the people.
They now behave as if driven mad, desperately resorting even to the fabrication of public opinion polls on cabinet approval ratings, yielding to threats from the external influence operations of China, the worst dictatorship in history, and charging headlong into reporting aimed at destroying Prime Minister Takaichi.
After all, it is hardly an exaggeration to say that everyone involved, from the upper management controlling the news divisions down to ordinary reporters and presenters of both sexes, has fallen into the honey traps and money traps laid by the CCP.
The same can be said, without exaggeration, of those occupying key positions in the economic world, as clearly demonstrated by the recent appalling statements attacking Prime Minister Takaichi made by Masayoshi Matsumoto, chairman of the Kansai Economic Federation, and Yasuji Nagai, representative of the Kansai Association of Corporate Executives.
The only people who have not realized this are the individuals themselves.
These two men are, so to speak, equivalent to my own classmates.
Yet they are by no means top-tier talents.
It would not be an exaggeration to say they are merely exam-oriented high achievers.
That is precisely why I can understand them.
All of them possess the mentality expressed by the phrase, “It is a disgrace for a samurai not to partake of a meal already set before him.”
Moreover, they are not living Ryōma Sakamoto or Nobunaga figures like Kadota Ryusho or myself.
They lack the resolve to “let flesh be cut to sever the bone.”
In terms of painting, they do not possess even a trace of the lines of Hasegawa Tōhaku.
They are nothing more than foot soldiers, making them far easier for Chinese and Korean Peninsula influence operations to manipulate than twisting a baby’s arm.
The contents of the websites mentioned at the beginning will be presented in the next chapter.
They consist of the full transcripts of the press conferences held before and after the dissolution of the Diet, following Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama’s return from the Davos Conference.
Upon reading these press conference articles, I became immediately convinced.
Those who intentionally distribute distorted information abroad in order to criticize and denigrate Japan are, in financial matters, the conservative faction within the Ministry of Finance acting as the mastermind, and the actual executors are their agents, namely reporters from Nikkei and the economic desks of Asahi Shimbun and similar outlets.
