It took more time than necessary to inform the world of the most important discovery the world should know, but—
There was once in Japan what was called the shipbuilding bribery scandal.
I was born in Yuriage, Natori City, Miyagi Prefecture, having been granted by God what might be called innate talent. In English, it is said that those loved by God are given numerous trials. I lived exactly such a life. As one result of that, most regrettably, I am still unmarried. The other day, when I called for the first time in five years a close friend who is working vigorously at one of Japan’s leading corporations, he replied with the kind of wit unique to people like them—“at your age, still…?”—and we laughed heartily. Lately, I find myself thinking deeply that life differs in many ways from person to person. One cannot say what is happiness or unhappiness. Everything is life.
As for the opening and what follows it, I will write them someday, but regarding what the mind granted to me by God had continued to ponder, I found the answer about thirty years ago while staying in Rome. That is the Turntable of Civilization. Forced to choose a life as an entrepreneur, I was struck by great hardship when I confronted Japan’s lost twenty years. When I think that it was also the Asahi Shimbun that brought this excessively great hardship upon Japan, that alone is enough to fill me with burning anger.
For the sake of such an Asahi,

in July 2010, because of the matter of the North Yard in Umeda, Osaka City, which continues from the opening, I had no choice but to appear on the internet in this way.
Now then, since I am someone who, while attending Sendai Second High School—one of Japan’s representative high schools—turned an English–Japanese dictionary bright red with a red pencil, I can manage English to some extent. Naturally, I do not use English at all in daily life, so unless I live for a while among English speakers, my speech does not become fluent.
However, there should be almost no problem—nearly 100 percent—in conveying the gist of my arguments free of charge. One day I noticed Google Translate. The majority of Google’s employees are graduates of Stanford University. In Japan, it would not be an exaggeration to say this is equivalent to the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Osaka University, Tohoku University, and the like. Thinking this must certainly be an excellent tool, I simultaneously realized that because the roots of English lie in Latin, the languages of European countries derived from Latin would not stray far from the main meaning as long as the English was correct. I intuitively sensed that it would mostly come down to matters like masculine and feminine nouns.
The reason Filipino (Tagalog) has an extremely good affinity with English is likely that Tagalog was formed on the basis of English, the language of its former suzerain, the United States. Similarly, Korean’s affinity with Japanese must be for the same reason.
At first, I was surprised that the Arabic translations were almost perfect, but I soon understood why. I quickly realized that after the war, the region the United States regarded as most important—something that was not the case for Japan at all, as is obvious from translations from Japanese into English—was the Arab countries that produce oil.
