This essay argues that to prevent information manipulation, broadcasters, newspapers, and universities must publicly declare their true nature, including ideological stance and alignment with national strategies, as a condition for authorization.

The following is an essay published on October 16, 2015, titled “In other words, by making realities public, we must ensure that evils such as information manipulation cannot be carried out.”
Therefore, in order to further expand their freedom of expression, the Japanese government and the Japanese people should immediately dismantle the current oligopolistic structure and first gather resident Koreans and Korean nationals who have entered broadcasting stations, newspaper companies, and universities, and establish broadcasting stations, newspaper companies, and universities for them.
The name of a broadcasting station could be, for example, “A broadcasting station run by resident Koreans that criticizes Japan in accordance with South Korea’s national strategy,” translated into English and abbreviated to form the station’s name.
The same applies to newspaper companies and universities.
In other words, by making realities public, evils such as information manipulation will be prevented.
They too may speak and broadcast their opinions continuously for twenty-four hours a day, and there is no greater freedom of expression than this.
However, authorization should be granted only on the sole condition that the broadcasting station name clearly declares its true nature, as described above.
