Media Capture Through “No-Exam Slots”.Why Bias at TBS, NHK, TV Asahi, and Asahi Shimbun Becomes So Persistent.

Citing an alleged former employee’s account, this text claims that “no-exam hiring slots” enabled systematic infiltration and promotion within broadcast news divisions.
It argues that this structure explains persistent biased reporting, fabrication, and engineered trends, and warns of media-driven efforts that could weaken national cohesion and governance.

In other words, Japan’s TV stations have been taken over by resident Koreans, Korean-Japanese, and Koreans of Korean Peninsula origin.
As proof, a fabricated “Korean Wave boom” and relentless Korean Wave push-TV have been staged and spread.

What follows is a chapter I published in Japan on 2017-06-22 under the title “A Detailed Account of How TBS, Under Sophisticated Pressure from Chongryon, Created a No-Exam ‘Resident Korean Slot’ and Was Gradually Taken Over by Resident Koreans.”
It is precisely in this chapter that every reason is perfectly present for why TBS, TV Asahi, and NHK produce such terrible editing and such blatant anti-Japan reporting.
It perfectly reveals why the biased reporting of NHK, TBS, TV Asahi, Asahi Shimbun, and others is so extremely harsh and so persistent.
It is because people with the DNA of the country of “bottomless evil” and “plausible lies” control the news divisions of television stations, especially programming departments, and become editorial commentators.
I regret, to some extent, that I did not repeatedly publish this chapter again and again.
Because it was a truth the Japanese people did not know, it is a truth the world could not possibly know.
Yet, for example, the reality of towns in the United States that install comfort women statues and the reality revealed by this chapter are exactly the same thing.
In other words, this is a chapter that shows similar operations are being conducted worldwide, and that there are people under their control all over the world.
Do you know why TBS broadcasts anti-Japan reporting.
A former TBS employee’s monologue.
“Let me tell you how our station ended up like this.”
It describes in detail how TBS, under sophisticated pressure from Chongryon, created a no-exam resident Korean slot and was gradually taken over by resident Koreans.
(1) 1960s and onward.
Soon after television broadcasting began, over minor wording issues during broadcasts (for example, calling the “Democratic People’s Republic of Korea” ‘North Korea’), protest actions bordering on threats were repeatedly carried out by Chongryon against both the company and the private homes of executive management.
They even came to the homes with a yakuza-like appearance.
As a “settlement” for these protests, a “resident slot” was secretly created within hiring quotas.
Year after year, hiring continued centered on the children of Chongryon leadership, with no entrance exam (only a nominal interview).
The station, in a naive and soft response, even “requested” Chongryon to keep the secret pact of the resident slot hidden from the supervisory authorities, thereby giving them further leverage, until the station could no longer move.
(2) 1970s and onward.
A mad era in which public opinion applauded as long as the government was attacked.
Executives, mistaking resident employees’ “anti-Japan programs” for “the pen’s battle against power” and “investigative reporting,” actively promoted resident employees within the company.
They declared idealistic lines such as “there must be no discrimination in promotion between Japanese employees and resident employees,” but in reality it was naive not to discriminate in promotions.
Resident employees who rose to section manager and department manager thoroughly enforced reverse-discrimination personnel practices, unreasonably favoring naturalized second-generation resident Koreans.
Japanese employees who objected were thoroughly marked and removed from the front lines of program production, reassigned to sales or general affairs.
(3) 1980s to 1990s.
Promoted resident employees occupied decisive posts such as producers of major news programs and directors of the news bureau.
A program called News 23, which welcomed as anchor a Korean editor-in-chief of a certain leftist weekly magazine (Tetsuya Chikushi), gained high ratings supported by the baby-boomer generation of viewers who had immersed themselves in student movements in their youth.
In the 1989 House of Councillors election, the “Doi Socialist Party” and the “Madonna boom” were thoroughly supported through an “anti-consumption tax campaign.”
Prime Minister Uno’s scandal was reported day after day, and the Socialist Party leader, a resident Korean, was consistently referred to as “Otaka-san,” an overt show of support for the Socialist Party.
The Socialist Party won a landslide victory.
Reports were broadcast with emotion, saying “the mountain has moved.”
(4) 1990s to 2000s.
A succession of scandals occurred that could negate the station’s very existence as a news organization—biased reporting, fabricated reporting, and providing gathered information to particular forces.
Unlike us, Asahi Shimbun and its affiliated TV Asahi, also called “leftist,” tended to produce reporting that, if anything, reflected “Beijing’s will,” and their methods were meticulous and calculating for better or worse.
In our case, however, the many troubles that occurred in this period were almost entirely tied to the Korean Peninsula.
Even the nature of the scandals—beginning with the Aum affair in which help was given to a Korean cult that carried out terror—was crude and improvised.
After the bubble collapse and economic stagnation, already harsh advertising revenue came to depend heavily on “consumer finance” and “pachinko.”
In short, our broadcasting station was being operated by resident Koreans with resident Korean funds.
From 2005 onward, I believe program production would be done in an even more blatant form to “manufacture” resident Korean stars.
In this way, each TV station continued every year to hire resident Koreans and Koreans of Korean Peninsula origin through no-exam hiring.
Of course, resident Koreans take Japanese family registers and enter under Japanese names.
They are, so to speak, “impostor Japanese.”
As those resident Korean employees were promoted, they began, from around 1980 onward, to take posts with decisive power such as producers of major news programs and directors of news bureaus.
In other words, Japan’s TV stations have been taken over by resident Koreans, Korean-Japanese, and Koreans of Korean Peninsula origin.
As proof, a fabricated “Korean Wave boom” and relentless Korean Wave push-TV have been staged and spread.
Feeling fear, TBS thereafter continued every year to hire resident Koreans and Koreans of Korean Peninsula origin through no-exam hiring.
Having acquired a taste for success through these threats, Chongryon similarly picked fights with other TV stations and newspaper companies, threatened them as it did TBS, and made them establish resident slots.
NHK is the same.
Thus, Japan’s television stations came to be controlled by impostor Japanese—resident Koreans and Koreans of Korean Peninsula origin.
Resident Koreans who came to control Japan’s media are “worms inside the lion” within Japanese society.
Worms that live inside the lion and receive its benefits, only to eat the lion’s flesh and ultimately bring the lion to death.
That is, those who do harm from within an organization, or those who repay favors with betrayal.
Why can they not understand that if the lion dies, the worms die as well.
A media controlled by resident Koreans is stirring up fear of war, intensifying moves to undermine the Abe administration and drive it to resignation.
And then, at the entrance ceremony, the president of TBS made a shocking remark.
If the president of TBS holds such ideas and speaks in such a way, then Japan is finished.
Without becoming a sensible and truly Japanese business leader, is it not disqualifying as a news organization.
Can this still be called a news organization.
How TBS, under sophisticated pressure from Chongryon, created a no-exam resident Korean slot and was gradually taken over by resident Koreans.
It perfectly reveals why the biased reporting of NHK, TBS, and TV Asahi is so extremely harsh and so persistent.
