Who Created the Eugenic Protection Law, and Who Supported It — The History NHK and the Media Must Report First

This passage argues that in reporting on the Eugenic Protection Law, the media must first clarify the historical facts of who brought the law into being, under what circumstances it was enacted, and which forces supported it at the time.
Pointing to the roles or support of GHQ, Shizue Kato, the then Socialist Party, the Asahi Shimbun, and NHK, it sharply criticizes a style of reporting that repeats one-sided claims while omitting the historical background.

The media must first properly explain that those who supported the Eugenic Protection Law were the Socialist Party of that time, the Asahi Shimbun, and NHK, among others.

Speaking of the Eugenic Protection Law.
The media must first properly explain that it was GHQ that had this law created, and that it was Shizue Kato who had it promulgated as its advance agent.
And that those who supported it were the Socialist Party of that time, the Asahi Shimbun, and NHK, among others.
Any old man who says that one should write “State of Japan” onto something produced in such a manner is, in truth, a person acting exactly in line with the intention of China and the Korean Peninsula to divide Japan.
Before repeatedly reporting the remarks of such a person, NHK ought repeatedly to report who created the Eugenic Protection Law, when it was done, how it was done, and who supported and brought it into being.
Otherwise, NHK cannot be called a news organization at all.
