“Peace Boat” is said to be organized by Kiyomi Tsujimoto, the national flag displayed is that of North Korea,
the ship used for cruising is registered in North Korea, and its actual organizer is said to be Chongryon.

The public security authorities allegedly determined that Tsujimoto was a former ethnic Korean resident in Japan and a North Korean operative, that the real organizer of “Peace Boat” was Chongryon, and that the ship registry was North Korean.

Akira Kitagawa (born 1943) is a Japanese editor and businessman. He is the representative of Daisan Shokan. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Kyoto University. He established the publishing house Daisan Shokan in Nishi-Waseda, Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Even such a man graduated from Kyoto University’s Faculty of Engineering. And speaking of Kyoto University’s Faculty of Engineering, there is also an ethnic Korean professor in its nuclear engineering department who has made a major contribution to North Korea’s nuclear development and is under government surveillance… so naturally he must be closely connected with this Akira Kitagawa.

In 1975, he was arrested by the Swedish police together with Kyoichi Shimada, who had been a member of the Japanese Red Army logistics committee, and was forcibly deported to Japan.
