Written on June 3, 2019, this essay is a fierce critique of NHK Watch 9’s reporting stance, set against the backdrop of Chinese operations targeting the Senkaku Islands and Okinawa, the complicity of forces on the Korean Peninsula, and the activities of domestic forces seeking to weaken Japan.
Through its discussion of coverage of the U.S.-Japan summit, GHQ occupation policy, and the postwar mentality of Asahi Shimbun and NHK, it denounces the structure of an information space that obstructs Japan’s national security and constitutional revision.

There are facts that many Japanese people knew absolutely nothing about until August five years ago…
GHQ used the Asahi Shimbun and NHK…
