Questioning NHK Watch 9’s Blackout Reporting: The Shutdown of the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant and the Malicious Impression Manipulation of Anti-Nuclear Media
Published on July 15, 2019.
This chapter criticizes the reporting posture of NHK Watch 9, the Tokyo Shimbun, TBS, and other media concerning the blackout caused by the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake.
Referring to the continued shutdown of the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant, dependence on the Tomato-Atsuma Thermal Power Station, the Nuclear Regulation Authority, anti-nuclear activists, and the responsibility of the Naoto Kan administration, it argues that the media are diverting the public’s eyes from the essence of the issue.
July 15, 2019.
But truly malicious and poor media such as the Tokyo Shimbun and TBS, which are precisely “enemies of the people” themselves, tell lies even about simple and clear facts.
This morning, I watched NHK’s early-morning news for the first time in a long while, and compared with the 7 p.m. news and Watch 9, I felt that it was considerably more decent.
The extreme-left activists who control NHK’s reporting and editing are probably under the influence of Chongryon, the Korean Peninsula, and China, and are mainly controlling the 7 p.m. news and Watch 9 with masochistic historical views and anti-Japanese propaganda.
The other day as well, Watch 9 aired a truly strange report… only a very small number of people must have noticed this.
That is because the subliminal effect, often used when biased reporting is carried out, works, as the name suggests, by acting upon the unconscious realm.
The blackout in the great Hokkaido earthquake occurred because the Tomato-Atsuma Thermal Power Station accounted for about half of the total power generation.
In other words, it occurred because the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant, an important pillar of Hokkaido’s power generation, had been left stopped since its periodic inspection in 2012.
What did Watch 9 do in order to keep hiding this fact, which even a kindergarten child could understand?
It reported as if the cause lay in something that had absolutely nothing to do with the fundamental problem, such as what happened during the eighteen minutes until the blackout occurred.
It even politely added the comment that the cause of these eighteen minutes was being investigated.
Even as I write this, anger wells up in me… that man named Arima is a truly malicious man.
He may be called a typical example of an extreme left-wing activist.
Through malicious propaganda activities… lying is his habitual method, just as it is for Kiyomi Tsujimoto and others… and he forcibly, though in an extremely poor way, brings things toward the realization of their distorted ideology.
He is the lowest kind of man.
The attitude of Kuwako, who sits beside him and nods along, must also be the height of malice.
It is precisely such an attitude that should be called the most malicious attitude.
All other electric power companies that use the same type of reactor have begun restarting them, yet only the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant remains stopped.
Moreover, the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant did not break down or anything of the sort.
It had merely been stopped for periodic inspection.
Those who seized this opportunity were a very small number of so-called citizens’ groups… the usual people from Communist Party-related groups, opposition-party-related groups, or Chongryon and Korean Peninsula-related groups.
Not satisfied with merely filing the habitual provisional injunction to stop the restart, they also used the foolish Nuclear Regulation Authority… an organization whose very establishment was actually an outrageous thing born of the treachery of Naoto Kan, the lowest-grade fool in history and the worst ruler in Japanese history; Masayuki Takayama accurately pointed out the dubious nature of the Regulation Authority by saying that Shunichi Tanaka, being from Tohoku University, struck back at the nuclear village that had been occupied by University of Tokyo graduates….
As Yoshiko Sakurai has taught us in her laborious work, the International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA)has mentioned that Japan’s regulatory commission is childish in its conduct in every respect.
The above-mentioned opponents are inciting the commissioners and thrusting upon Hokkaido Electric Power a devil’s proof concerning geological strata that would astonish any intellect in the world if heard.
That is why only the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant remains stopped.
But as if God were proclaiming the truth, even in this great earthquake, the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant did not budge at all.
But truly malicious and poor media such as the Tokyo Shimbun and TBS, which are precisely “enemies of the people” themselves, tell lies even about the simple and clear fact that because the blackout occurred(it was their anti-nuclear reporting that caused the blackout), naturally there was a temporary power outage, but the emergency power supply system immediately operated and returned things to normal….
They wrote and broadcast things that not even a kindergarten child could say, such as that it was good that the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant had been stopped… because it lost power and stopped.
The maliciousness of NHK’s Watch 9 is common to them.
In order to divert the eyes of the people from the fact that the cause of this blackout lies in the failure to restart the Tomari Nuclear Power Plant, it reported, with the utmost malice, about the eighteen minutes until the blackout.
If they have time to say such foolish things, then they should instead thoroughly verify what is truly the truth… the process by which Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant reached the hydrogen explosion, and the words and actions of Naoto Kan.
That is precisely the role of a news organization; yet instead of examining Naoto Kan, the greatest fool in history, the man who led Japan astray even up to the present, rapidly warmed Japan, brought about numerous great disasters, immediately and completely stopped nuclear power generation, which had accounted for half of Japan’s total power generation, in exchange for his resignation after prolonging his own political life, forced Japan to pay inflated prices to procure substitute fossil fuels, and inflicted a massive loss of 15 trillion yen on Japan in only three years, NHK follows him.
The fact that NHK is controlled by such terrible fools is a wretched sight from which one should avert one’s eyes.
