It appears to be a quotation from an essay by Odaka Miki.
“An organization called the Seeds of Hope Fund, which seeks to prevent the comfort women issue from ending, and Yoon Mee-hyang, representative of Chong Dae Hyup, who said, ‘The destination of the agreement is the trash can,’ held a press conference in Japan’s Members’ Office Building.
Such activities cannot be carried out unless a Japanese Diet member lends them a room.
When I checked who had lent the room,
it was
‘Tsujimoto Kiyomi.’
