COP25, Issue an Immediate Order for China to Improve—It Was Nuclear Power, Not Solar or Wind, That Dramatically Reduced Air Pollution
Published on January 1, 2020. This essay criticizes the United Nations, COP25, the media, and environmental activists for failing to condemn China over PM2.5 pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. It argues that China’s sharp reduction in air pollution was caused not by solar or wind power but by the operation of new nuclear power plants, and calls on COP25 to issue an immediate improvement order to China.

However, in 2019, the fact that China’s air pollution dropped all at once from over 500 μg/m³ to over 100 μg/m³, down to one-fifth of the previous level, was not the result of the power generation they advocate.
Below is the PM2.5 distribution map as of 6:00 a.m. today, January 1, 2020.
China has been far too terrible for more than twenty years—day after day—but even this is only one-fifth of the level it had until 2018.
Against Japan’s environmental standard of 35 μg/m³, until last year China was, day after day, at a pollution level of over 500 μg/m³—that is, at a level of greenhouse gas emissions.
In other words, for more than twenty years, both the United Nations and China continued to leave this situation unchecked.
The United Nations, the participating countries of COP25, and all those concerned did the same.
Were they truly that ignorant?
How shameless is it for such ignorant people to gather and speak about the future of humanity?
What those ignorant people say is that we must stop fossil-fuel power generation and immediately switch to solar power and wind power.
However, in 2019, the fact that China’s air pollution dropped all at once from over 500 μg/m³ to over 100 μg/m³, down to one-fifth of the previous level, was not the result of the power generation they advocate.
By the middle of 2019, China had completed and begun operating both the latest type of nuclear power plant based on French technology and the latest type of nuclear power plant based on Japanese and American technology.
As a result, the share of nuclear power in China’s total power generation rose all at once by units of ten percent.
Consequently, the level of air pollution also dropped all at once to one-fifth.
In other words, what was necessary to solve air pollution immediately was not at all the solar power or wind power that they talk about, but nuclear power; this is an unmistakable fact.
This is an unmistakable fact demonstrated by China itself, which for more than twenty years has continued to emit global-warming gases to a level capable of destroying the earth all by itself, treating them as a necessary evil for China’s economic development and for China’s bid to seize global hegemony.
In the face of something so obvious, the United Nations and so-called citizens’ groups, as well as the countries and media that produced people like Greta Thunberg, pretend not to know.
Even if this proves how tremendous China’s propaganda operations toward them are, the attitude of pseudo-moralists throughout the world is outrageous, malicious, and laughable.
If global warming is caused by the increase in greenhouse gas emissions, then it is obvious to anyone that China is the principal culprit.
And yet, for some reason, they do not say a single word to China.
Is it because many of the countries participating in COP25 are countries that have been bought by China?
It is no exaggeration to say that there have never been people as malicious as those who, under such actual conditions, speak of the future of humanity or the salvation of humanity.
When an evil empire aims for hegemony, what happens to the world?
One example of that is the true state of the United Nations, COP25, Greta Thunberg, and the like.
At a time when pseudo-moralism was spreading everywhere, and when a structure was being formed in which China was the greatest master at manipulating it, the United States finally stood up and declared that it would never again tolerate China’s tyranny any further.
That is the current of the world yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
COP25.
Issue an immediate order for China to improve.
Unless you do so, you cannot possibly be an organization made up of decent human beings.
