Japanese electronics trading company Ryosan has agreed to establish a joint venture with Chinese auto parts designer Airtec Automotive Technology.
To supply semiconductors and other electronic components to China’s electric vehicle (E.V.) market.
While Japan, the U.S., and the Netherlands are restricting the export of semiconductor manufacturing tools for security reasons, a “breakthrough” company has appeared in Japan.
