The Toyonaka School Land Scandal Was Pure Fabrication and Legal Trickery
The Toyonaka school land controversy amplified by opposition parties and major Japanese media is exposed as a blatant fabrication based on legal trickery and ignorance of real estate fundamentals that the world must recognize as falsehood.
People of Japan and people all over the world must know that this is nothing but sheer fabrication. February 28, 2017. For some reason, the Democratic Party and the Communist Party have taken it up, and TBS and TV Asahi have been reporting it day after day as if it were a major incident. It is the case of the elementary school in Toyonaka City, Noda, which has been heavily reported day after day by the Mainichi Shimbun and the Asahi Shimbun. I have informed the world what kind of land this actually is. This too is surely a truth that the world has learned for the first time. While talking with a friend, I recalled one thing that I had forgotten to write about in this matter. With the air of a slick attorney, he maliciously lied that this place was a good residential area, but if a condominium had been built there, it is one hundred percent certain that he himself would never have bought one. In addition to this lie, there is another major lie. He attacked the government by saying that another school had tried to purchase it for something like 500 million yen, and therefore it was fraudulent. Any halfway decent real estate professional would understand how malicious this lie is, or else it clearly shows that the party called the Democratic Party understands nothing about real society and is nothing but a party based on the outrageous notion that Japan is a bad country, Japanese people are bad, the government is bad, and power itself is evil. A real estate sales contract is nothing at all until the contract is actually concluded. Moreover, when it became clear that the land contained a large volume of contaminated soil, to the point that people could not even eat due to the severe ammonia stench during the work of reburying the polluted soil that had been excavated from the site beneath what was to become the schoolyard, which fool would buy it for something like 500 million yen? This kind of story is what is called legal trickery. It is called sheer fabrication. The people of Japan and people all over the world must all know that it is sheer fabrication. Just as they must also know, as the U.S. military man Mr. Yon clearly pointed out, that the absurd story that the mayor and city council members of Glendale, California, conducted a war while taking along two hundred thousand prostitutes is logistically impossible.
