The Brutality of the International Arena and the Media That Weakened Japan

It is now evident across many fields that the international arena can, without exaggeration, be described as extremely vicious.
Media outlets such as Asahi Shimbun failed even to notice this reality and continued to pose as superficial moralists.
From the perspective of an international arena that can rightly be called a den of evil, Japan—long dominated by Asahi and similar media—must have appeared an opponent easier than twisting a baby’s arm.
When money was needed, it could be taken in any amount; Japan was precisely such a target, and this has now become unmistakably clear.
That countries such as the Netherlands now step forward to support China’s utterly absurd fabrications and blatant lies can only be because they believe that aiding China on the comfort women issue will enable them to extract money from Japan.
In response to the Bank of Japan’s policy decisions of April 27–28, Asahi Shimbun and Nikkei, while drawing in figures such as the president of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, formed a joint front to shape public opinion against further monetary easing—and succeeded.
The malignancy of Asahi and Nikkei lies in the fact that they never admit that this was the result of their own manipulation.
Instead, leveraging their exclusive networks—namely Western journalist colleagues—they insinuated that the Bank of Japan had no remaining room for additional easing, inducing such articles to be written.
Their intent is likely to entrench a strong yen, depress the Tokyo Stock Exchange, reduce support for the Abe administration, and, if possible, cause the Liberal Democratic Party to lose the House of Councillors election.
For the sake of realizing their distorted ideology, they have no qualms about forcing Japan to pay enormous sums—Japanese taxpayers’ money—to countries such as China and South Korea.
For that same purpose, they feel no hesitation in halting and stagnating Japan’s economic growth.
It would be hard to find villains more despicable than this.
Though they are mere thugs who are continuously fleeced in the international arena, they don an air of absolute intelligence toward Japan and, with arrogant posturing, suffocate politics and finance.
They can be called the lowest of villains without exaggeration.
They are the worst thugs in history.
