As readers know, I have repeatedly stated that the internet is the greatest library in human history.
However, it is also a well-known fact that criminals exist who pollute the world of the internet.
Not only were the collective wisdom of the public and private sectors in Osaka brought together for repeated deliberation, but more than twenty years were required to finally complete the business plan for the Osaka Umeda North Yard.
While continuing to write without yielding to numerous acts of obstruction by criminals, I came to learn, quite suddenly, who had thrown that plan into confusion, after reading an essay by Kenichi Ohmae published in the monthly magazine Sapio.
I am convinced that laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act, like the hate speech bill, were engineered by so-called civic groups, which must have included resident Koreans, and were supported and promoted by Asahi Shimbun.
This is because decent people have absolutely nothing that must be hidden.
Countless victims who have fallen prey to criminal schemes must all be grinding their teeth at the thought that this law is effectively one designed to protect villains.
When enormous sums of money are fraudulently taken and one seeks to recover them, the lawsuit is a civil case.
The lawyer our company hired was a former prosecutor.
He said that bringing a civil case against criminals is meaningless.
We know we will win the case, he said, but there are almost no examples in which the money is ever recovered.
That, in fact, is the reality of civil litigation in our country when citizens have their money taken by villains.
The result turned out exactly as he had said.
Even lawyers say they cannot investigate the address of the criminal opponent.

It is no exaggeration to say that everything I continued to write was encapsulated in the words of Kukai.
The outrageous proposal to halt the second phase sale of the North Yard and turn it into a park revealed once again the evil disguised as pseudo-moralism by Asahi Shimbun, which was in fact the mastermind behind the confusion.
After fighting alone for three months over the North Yard issue, I was truly astonished when the plan suddenly changed to building a soccer stadium.
Just when I was thinking, give me a break, Ryunosuke Akutagawa and Kenji Miyazawa merged.
The necessary pen name was instantly born as Kenji Akutagawa.
Because I wanted to convey the message to as many Japanese citizens as possible, I published it on three sites: Goo, Ameba, and FC2.
People leading Japan across all fields and strata, in other words the core of the nation, were reading it.
An essay that reaches not only Japan but also the core of the world is, so to speak, the voice of God.
It is written as the words of God, as selfless words.
It is no exaggeration to call them pure words.
What exists there is absolute fact.
However, from the perspective of criminals like those described above, a person who writes such words is a target who can be deceived one hundred percent.
This criminal was arrested for defrauding large sums of money from financial institutions.
At the time, he lived near a fine, though medium-sized, building owned by our company.
He must have known that I was the president of that company.
During the period of bail for the above crime, he appeared asking to rent a twenty-tsubo room for three people, two men and a woman.

A president who had become part of a developer that consistently sold condominium buildings, and who had set his sights on me, suddenly called after about six years and said, “I could understand it if it were someone else, but that you were deceived…”
It is only natural that he would not know anything about my continuing to write on the internet under the name Kenji Akutagawa, or about what came before and after.

Publishing essays online out of goodwill, out of necessity, led me to be targeted by criminals and to suffer a life-threatening illness.
At that time, I thought I would leave the internet altogether, having originally been a person with no connection to it.
It was also a period when I rediscovered Kyoto and, for some reason, frequently visited Toji Temple.
During the seven months I was hospitalized, I also visited during the monthly temporary leaves granted for recuperation.

That is what Kukai said.
I thought, as expected of Kukai.
That is why I continued to write.
But this time, even I felt utterly drained.
This criminal, as was his habit, has also defrauded others besides our company and has been sued by them as well.
Goo is operated by a subsidiary of NTT, and as I have mentioned, NTT is a genuine major corporation representing Japan.
This criminal has repeatedly and persistently created fraudulent marketing blogs on Goo under multiple handles, writing shamelessly things such as “I have been traveling overseas nonstop recently,” statements that, if known to those suing him, would have resulted in immediate execution in the age of Oda Nobunaga.
It can also be said that these blogs were created solely to inflict stress attacks on me, on the assumption that I would be watching the real-time access analytics.
Anyone who watched NHK’s two-night special on “killer stress” should understand what it means to inflict stress on another person.
These blogs are of the so-called fraudulent marketing type.
Anyone can see that, in the eyes of a proper operator, they are the sort of blogs that should be deleted as violations.
Yet there is no one in the NTT subsidiary who works with such awareness.
In other words, it is no exaggeration to say that they are encouraging the evil that spreads throughout the world of the internet.
This man has left it in my access logs under as many as seven or eight different handles, posting exactly the same fraudulent marketing blogs on Goo, apparently for the purpose of harassing me through my real-time analytics.
