The United Nations as an Embodiment of Ignorance — China’s Falsehoods and Japan’s Folly

China opposed Japan’s nuclear abolition resolution and denied the significance of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
This essay exposes UN corruption, Chinese propaganda, and Japan’s continued submission to them.

Continuing to pay high salaries to UN officials who can only be described, without exaggeration, as possessing ignorance, incompetence, and shoddiness on a scale unprecedented in human history.

Today, on page 6 of the Sankei Shimbun, in a small column of the international section, the following article was published. Emphasis in the text other than the headline, and the passages marked with an asterisk, are mine.
China to oppose nuclear abolition resolution. Objection to Japan’s proposal specifying “atomic bomb survivors.”
It has become clear that China has decided to oppose the vote on Japan’s draft resolution on the abolition of nuclear weapons submitted to the First Committee (Disarmament) of the UN General Assembly. China’s Ambassador for Disarmament, Fu Cong, responded to interviews with Kyodo News by the 26th, stating that the reason for opposition was that the resolution explicitly refers to “atomic bomb survivors” and promotes exchanges, criticizing it as “a strategy to spread the impression that Japan is not a perpetrator but a victim of war.” He also objected to the point welcoming former U.S. President Obama’s visit to Hiroshima in May, stating, “It is our position that there is no need to emphasize Hiroshima or Nagasaki in UN resolutions.” (Kyodo News, New York)
*Even considering only the indiscriminate bombing and scorched-earth campaign using incendiary bombs carried out against 127 cities from north to south of Japan in the final phase of the war, when Japan’s defeat was obvious to all, it is beyond dispute that these constituted the greatest war crimes in human history. Needless to say, the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki fall into the same category.
People around the world must now properly understand that “bottomless evil” and “plausible lies” constitute the essence and tradition of China. The great Japanese scholar Umesao Tadao arrived at this conclusion after years of fieldwork across nearly all provinces of China.
To this tradition has been added the evil of one-party dictatorship by the Communist Party, intensifying the cruelty of that evil.
The so-called Nanjing Massacre is a complete fabrication. Katsuhisa Honda, a reporter for the Asahi Shimbun and a man who could be described without exaggeration as one of the most despicable traitors among postwar Japanese, was invited by the Chinese Communist Party and wrote exactly what they handed to him. The Asahi Shimbun serialized this Chinese Communist Party propaganda as a major scoop. This series, titled Travels in China, was later published in book form and became a bestseller. Many Japanese were misled into believing it to be fact for a time. However, those around the world who still regard it as fact—especially the so-called cultural elites in the United States, the main battlefield of this propaganda—must now recognize the ignorance, incompetence, shoddiness, and falsehood of this narrative, and must feel shame for their ignorance and for the long-standing disrespect they have shown toward Japan and the Japanese people.
Even so, the viciousness of the Chinese Communist Party has reached its extreme.
While stating that “there is no need to emphasize Hiroshima or Nagasaki in UN resolutions” regarding Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which constitute the greatest war crimes and the first unprecedented catastrophe in human history,
they simultaneously emphasize at UNESCO the fabricated Nanjing Massacre, a propaganda tool used to extract from Japan the largest amount of development aid in human history—30 trillion yen in ODA.
They accomplished this by exploiting the Asahi Shimbun, a newspaper unlike any other in the world, one that, with its distorted ideology, readily sells its own country to China and South Korea, thereby obtaining from Japan exactly the massive ODA they intended and channeling it into China’s economic development.
Their evil has reached its limit.
At the same time, Japan’s folly has also reached its limit, in having continued to pay the world’s largest share of UN dues to such a shoddy organization as the United Nations, and in continuing to pay high salaries to UN officials whose ignorance and incompetence can only be described as unparalleled in human history.
Likewise, the folly of the Asahi Shimbun and the so-called cultural elites who have echoed it, continuing to promote UN absolutism by portraying such a shoddy organization as supreme, has also reached its extreme.
