A Memorandum Suddenly Surfaced on the Eve of the Japan-U.S. Summit.Using an Ehime Prefectural Official, the Same Ministry of Agriculture Officials Who, Under the Democratic Party Government, Caused the MAFF Incident Involving Chinese Spies.—A Scheme to Undermine the Value of the Japan-U.S. Summit and Bring Down Shinzo Abe—
This essay, dated March 8, 2019, interprets the Ehime Prefectural official’s memo that surfaced immediately before the Japan-U.S. summit as a political scheme aimed at toppling Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, and sharply criticizes the involvement behind it of Asahi Shimbun, opposition parties, NHK, bureaucratic networks, and Chinese and North Korean influence operations.
It argues in particular that the reporting on the so-called “Prime Minister matter” surrounding Kake Gakuen was used to distract the Japanese people from the historic significance of the Japan-U.S. summit and to attack the Abe administration, while also strongly condemning the conduct and remarks of Kiyomi Tsujimoto.

A memorandum suddenly surfaced on the eve of the Japan-U.S. summit….
Using an Ehime Prefectural official, a member of the Jichiro labor union, the same Ministry of Agriculture officials who, under the Democratic Party government, caused the MAFF incident involving Chinese spies.
I am reposting here the chapter I published on 2018-04-18 under the title, “Did the citizens of Takatsuki vote for this woman knowing that, if by any chance she became prime minister and traveled abroad or welcomed foreign leaders, Akira Kitagawa would have to appear as her husband?”
This latest Japan-U.S. summit is the most important meeting for Japan and for the Japanese people.
One of the classic methods of the one-party dictatorship of Communist China and of North Korea, one of the worst dictatorships in history, is propaganda designed to “divert the people’s eyes.”
If one keeps that in mind, then the memorandum that suddenly appeared just before this Japan-U.S. summit….
Using an Ehime Prefectural official, a member of the Jichiro labor union, and involving Ministry of Agriculture officials of the sort who, during the Democratic Party administration, caused the MAFF incident involving Chinese spies, it goes without saying that such people still remain inside the organization….
There was also a memorandum in the Ministry of Agriculture….
The fact that its date differed from the Ehime Prefectural one is, as it were, part of the joke….
This dubious document affair served to divert the Japanese people’s attention from the Japan-U.S. summit.
It lowered the value of the Japan-U.S. summit.
And if possible, it aimed at bringing down Shinzo Abe, the only prime minister in the world capable of giving President Trump the most formidable strategy against North Korea.
Here again, Asahi Shimbun lit the fuse, while the proxies of North Korea led by Kiyomi Tsujimoto and Mizuho Fukushima made a great uproar, and NHK, which it is no exaggeration to say operates under the influence of Chongryon….
And now, frightfully enough, appears to be controlled not by management but by its labor union.
If so, then indeed all the reasons for the conduct of figures such as Arima become clear.
And it reported the matter on a huge scale as though it were a grave scandal.
They probably grew arrogant, believing that this vicious scheme had borne fruit in the opinion polls they themselves create, but Kiyomi Tsujimoto said things such as, “Mrs. Akie is going too….
This is a flight from suspicion,” words so absurd that nothing could be more laughable….
Words that themselves proved her to be a traitorous Diet member….
In other words, Kiyomi Tsujimoto has put into practice the remark of hers reported by Shukan Shincho….
“It is said that Diet members are there to protect the lives and property of the people, but I did not become one with that in mind.
I am a Diet member whose role is to see how far I can bring about the collapse of the framework of the state.”
Tsujimoto.
If you have time to make remarks about the Prime Minister of Japan going to the Japan-U.S. summit accompanied by his wife that are so vile that it would be no exaggeration to call them, before even calling them the lowest level of stupidity in history, the remarks of a malicious spy, then as a Diet member you should appear in public together with Akira Kitagawa, your common-law partner.
Why is it that, though you are a Diet member, you cannot appear publicly as a couple?
Instead of spending your time uttering things that are not only idiotic beyond measure, but also vile in the extreme, you should appear together with Akira Kitagawa….
That is the most urgent thing you ought to do for your voters and for the people of Japan.
Did the citizens of Takatsuki vote for Tsujimoto knowing that, if by any chance this woman became prime minister and traveled abroad….
Or welcomed foreign leaders….
Akira Kitagawa would have to appear as her husband?
Did they vote for her knowing that, while Tsujimoto may be fit to serve as a proxy for the Korean Peninsula or for China….
She is not fit, from the very problem of her husband onward, to serve as an agent of Japan?
