The Absurdity of NHK Glorifying Uwasa no Shinsō — A State Broadcaster That Ignores Serious Scholarship and Airs Endless Leftist Praise —
While NHK’s News Watch 9 spends extended airtime praising an editor of Uwasa no Shinsō, it gives no serious attention at all to the substantial essays published in Hanada, WiLL, Voice, and Seiron.
This piece sharply questions NHK’s editorial stance, exposing how it disguises ideological bias as criticism of power while distorting Japan’s media space and neglecting the country’s real security concerns.

NHK, Japan’s state broadcaster, is airing a program that is nothing but a parade of praise for an editor of Uwasa no Shinsō….
Mobilizing such figures as Sōichirō Tahara and lawyer Hironaka, leading representatives of the leftist infantilist mindset.
I am now half-watching NHK’s News Watch 9, and I cannot help but wonder what kind of people are producing and editing this program.
Once again tonight, they were exposing to the whole nation that they are people afflicted with that same leftist infantilism.
For quite some time now, at great length, they have been featuring an editor of Uwasa no Shinsō….
And Japan’s state broadcaster is airing a program that is nothing but a parade of praise, mobilizing such figures as Sōichirō Tahara and lawyer Hironaka, the representative players of that leftist infantilist mentality.
How many times have they repeated the same word by now….
Power….
News Watch 9 is saying that power is evil, and that something like Uwasa no Shinsō is righteous.
If they have the leisure to spend such long, long airtime using the public airwaves to report such foolishness….
Then what they ought to be reporting, at equal length, are the essays published in the monthly magazines Hanada, WiLL, Voice, and Seiron, magazines filled with genuine articles of scholarship that Japan can proudly present to the world….
Articles so substantial that calling them the best in the world would not be an exaggeration.
And what they played at the end was a folk song fit only for leftist infantilists, one so revolting it would make one sick.
They probably do not even realize that they are exposing to the whole country what they really are.
Although they have never once used long, sustained airtime to report on building a comprehensive security system against China’s schemes and the North Koreanization of the Korean Peninsula….
The reality that they use long, long segments of public broadcast time to report on an editor of something like Uwasa no Shinsō shows what they are: leftist revolutionary activists….
It would be no exaggeration at all to say that they are little short of North Korean agents.
