Kyoto University’s Kumano Dormitory, Song Du-hoe, and the Comfort Women Issue: The Origins of a Scheme That Damaged Japan’s Honor

Published on September 24, 2019.
This essay discusses Kyoto University’s Kumano Dormitory, Song Du-hoe, the comfort women issue, Asahi Shimbun, NHK, the Korean Council, Mizuho Fukushima, Kenichi Takagi, and the structure of anti-Japanese propaganda that has continued to damage the honor and credibility of Japan and the Japanese people.

September 24, 2019.
Because the above-mentioned people used this scheme, begun by Song Du-hoe, as an attack on Japan, the honor and credibility of Japan and the Japanese people have continued to be damaged to an extent that cannot be converted into monetary terms.
This is a chapter published on July 6, 2019, under the title: Asahi Shimbun readers accepted without question editorials that praised Kyoto University as a champion of independent scholarship, citing the Takigawa Incident and the like.
The chapter I published yesterday, under the title: They report it as though praising it as a righteous act of criticizing power as evil, entered the official hashtag ranking at No. 75 for Kyoto University.
This is a chapter published on May 15, 2018, under the title: A person named Song Du-hoe, who had nothing whatsoever to do with Kyoto University, lived for many years free of charge in Kyoto University’s Kumano Dormitory.
Kyoto University is a national university.
Its facilities and the like are national property.
To begin with, it was at Kyoto University that the absurd scheme called the so-called military comfort women was launched.
A person named Song Du-hoe, who had nothing whatsoever to do with Kyoto University, lived for many years free of charge in Kyoto University’s Kumano Dormitory.
Ignoring the order issued by GHQ at the end of the war that people from the Korean Peninsula should return to the Korean Peninsula…he did not want to return to the Korean Peninsula, where the worst kind of status-discrimination system existed…that was probably this man’s true intention…
Song did not return home…
He even filed lawsuits saying such things as, I am a Japanese person who holds Japanese nationality, treat me as a Japanese.
While all this was going on, he deceived a housewife named Aoyagi Atsuko, a Kyushu University graduate whose husband was a doctor who had also graduated from Kyushu University, and caused her to start a certain movement.
At that time,
leftists and activists who embodied Asahi Shimbun, which has in the last one or two years conspicuously demonstrated that it is in fact a sympathizer of totalitarian states and their den, the headquarters of mini-Goebbelses,
and in the “Asahi Journal,” which was the bible of readers who blindly believed Asahi Shimbun, Song had advertisements placed many times with Aoyagi as administrative director…
Today, it is easy to infer where the funds for this came from.
The people who jumped on this were Yoon Mee-hyang, founder of the Korean Council and a person whose reputation as, in effect, a North Korean spy has become established,
Mizuho Fukushima and Kenichi Takagi, who were lawyers at the time, and Asahi Shimbun, especially reporters in its Osaka City News Department.
Because the above-mentioned people used this scheme, begun by Song Du-hoe, as an attack on Japan, the honor and credibility of Japan and the Japanese people have continued to be damaged to an extent that cannot be converted into monetary terms.
Together with the actual monetary damage, the Japanese government, that is, we, should originally have made all the above-mentioned people compensate for the damage.
Because that damage continues throughout the world even now.
The movements to erect comfort women statues and forced laborer statues around the world by totalitarians raised through the anti-Japanese education begun by Syngman Rhee are anti-Japanese propaganda.
They are a scheme to keep Japan permanently in the position of a political prisoner in international society.
Their purpose is to weaken Japan’s national power.
A scheme to extort large sums of money from Japan at every opportunity, that is, to defraud the Japanese people of their tax money…that Asahi Shimbun and NHK made the greatest contribution to this is now an evident fact.
In August five years ago, when Asahi Shimbun officially apologized inside Japan over this matter and its president resigned, we Japanese people committed a grave error.
We should have forced Asahi Shimbun to cease publication, and we should have made Asahi Shimbun Company compensate Japan for the astronomical damage suffered through the many fabricated reports it had continued to produce in order to degrade Japan.
The cause that gave rise to this scheme, which has damaged the honor and credibility of Japan and the Japanese people to an extent that cannot be converted into money,
was the national Kyoto University of Japan, which for many years allowed a person named Song Du-hoe, who had no connection whatsoever with Kyoto University, to live free of charge in Kumano Dormitory.
Why did such a thing happen?
Asahi Shimbun readers accepted without question editorials that praised Kyoto University as a champion of independent scholarship, citing the Takigawa Incident and the like,
but Takigawa Yukitoki, the ringleader of the incident, was a person who had been purged before the war as a communist harmful to Japan.
In other words, he was in fact a worthless communist, yet a man like this even became president of Kyoto University.
When I learned this recently, I understood for the first time: that is why Song Du-hoe was living in Kumano Dormitory for free.
Kumano Dormitory is now completely non-compliant with the Building Standards Act, and even though the sturdy reinforced-concrete buildings in Okinawa would not budge in a fairly strong earthquake, this Kumano Dormitory has become the kind of building that would not only certainly collapse, but would also certainly bring about secondary disasters such as fire,
yet Kyoto University has continued to leave it as it was.
Within Kyoto, a city of which it is no exaggeration to say the entire town is a World Heritage site, Kyoto University has finally reached the level where it can understand the folly of a national university continuing to preserve such a building.
It has taken seventy-four years after the war for it finally to become normal.
It has taken seventy-four years after the war for Kyoto University finally to reach the level where it can break free from the yoke of GHQ, a group ignorant about Japan.
Though the folly of still employing, as staff, a person who seems to have made a major contribution to North Korea’s nuclear development, remains uncured as ever.
Recently I saw news that students had filed a lawsuit opposing the university’s decision to demolish this Kumano Dormitory,
and the childishness and self-righteousness of those students’ arguments are surely the very cause of the incidents involving spoiled sons from good families that have recently disturbed society.
Kyoto University students were saying things of that kind, that the university has a duty to support poor students.
Without even feeling ashamed, they are claiming that this is their right.
Unlike people such as them, who enter Kyoto University and come out of it…among them are people who come out as left-wing childish-disease patients making this kind of claim and become harmful to the country,
I was a person who had been given the intellect that led my teacher, when I was in my second year of high school, to say to me, “You should remain at Kyoto University and stand there carrying Kyoto University on your shoulders,”
but due to the family misfortune that God gave me as a trial…which, as is usual in the world, results in a lack of money…
my life was one that literally followed Le Clézio’s The Book of Flights, but when I somehow reached Kyoto, for some reason I thought:
“I do not need a university.”
Starting from nothing, I founded a real-estate company in Osaka, accomplished work that may well have been the best in Japan among small and medium-sized companies, and brought the nation more than 17 billion yen in tax payments.
The other day, by chance, I watched a television program hosted by a comedian that amusingly hyped up something like the University of Tokyo versus Kyoto University.
It said that Kyoto University students are poor, because compared with the University of Tokyo, the number of companies around them where they can work part-time is overwhelmingly small.
But that is only something said by television stations that alone continue to enjoy their own springtime, and until now most Kyoto University students have properly fulfilled their studies.
I assert that the kinds of people who bring such lawsuits will never become people who serve the country or serve us,
and even if they become parents, they will only be able to raise people who attack police officers.
Because in that utterly spoiled attitude, there is not the slightest fragment of a noble spirit to be seen anywhere.
As human beings, they lack from the beginning the qualification to be Kyoto University students, students of a university that represents Japan and the world,
and they are people who do not even understand that.
If they are so poor that they cannot even complete their studies, then there is no choice; they should withdraw from the university.
At any rate, since they have the intellect to enter Kyoto University, they can do anything.
Moreover, today, one does not need money to start a business…a company can be established for one yen.
With your intellect and PC skills, you can do as much as you want…you could surely achieve crowdfunding with ease.
If you have time to bring such a lawsuit, which is not merely wrong but the lowest thing human beings can do, then withdraw from the university immediately and start a business together in cooperation.
If you do that, you can create a company that will not lose to Google.
Do it in unity.
Your present unity is completely wrong.
As long as you continue doing such things, even if you can become so-called human rights lawyers such as Mizuho Fukushima, who harm Japan and the Japanese people,
even if you can become parents who raise children who kill others,
you cannot become human beings who live their lives for the world and for other people.
The female student who answered a newspaper interview by saying, “Kyoto University has lost its Kyoto University-like character…” in response to the removal of the childish and malicious signboards that had done nothing but continue to defile the scenery of Kyoto, the finest city in the world, should read this essay of mine before calling herself a Kyoto University student.
Kyoto is a city that was created by many great people long before anything like Kyoto University existed.
There was an article saying that NHK, with an air of pride, reported that a new signboard protesting the removal of those signboards had been erected,
and that it reported this as though praising it as a righteous act of criticizing power as evil.
The very fact that NHK reports such things
is just like Song Du-hoe infiltrating Kyoto University and inciting a housewife who had graduated from Kyushu University,
and like many Koreans in Japan and others slipping into NHK in the confusion at the end of the war,
NHK, which became an organizer and sponsor of the Women’s International War Crimes Tribunal…
NHK, which even now continues, with Watch 9 as its main battlefield, to report on Moritomo and Kake in tune with Asahi Shimbun.
NHK, which continued day after day to report Tsujimoto Kiyomi in large close-ups,
a person whose common-law husband is a former Red Army Faction criminal, and who has not converted even now but is surely a genuine activist, and who herself has the record of having been arrested and indicted for fraudulently obtaining parliamentary salaries paid from the taxes of the Japanese people, having received a final guilty verdict and resigned from the Diet,
and whom it is no exaggeration to say would be defined as a Korean Peninsula spy in any advanced country other than Japan.
Among all of this, what I thought was truly the lowest and worst
was the content of her remarks about Mrs. Akie accompanying Prime Minister Abe and his wife
when the Prime Minister and his wife departed representing Japan and the Japanese people
for the recent Japan-U.S. summit meeting, which was vitally important for Japan and the Japanese people.
NHK’s Watch 9 reported as though it were proper
the sight of politicians of the Constitutional Democratic Party, whom one can only call the greatest fools imaginable…
No, one can only say that all of them are agents of the Korean Peninsula,
raising stupid voices such as “Oooh!”
What president of any advanced country would open his heart and welcome
a woman who not only committed grave crimes against Japan and the world, but whose husband is a major figure in the Japanese Red Army Faction with close ties to North Korea,
and who herself has a record of being arrested for fraudulently obtaining salaries paid from the taxes of the people and resigning as a Diet member!
Has the news division of NHK ever thought about this even once?
