The following is from an essay by Steve Bannon, published in Monthly Hanada, a magazine that must be read not only by all Japanese people but by people throughout the world, under the title “The Chinese Communist Party Is Dangerous to Humanity.”

There is a book I would like to recommend to everyone.
It is Three Seconds Until Midnight by Steven Hatfill.
Hatfill is one of the world’s leading pandemic experts.
In the book, he discusses all the pandemics in history.
He wrote this book before the present pandemic occurred.
Its contents are terrifying.
Hatfill says that there are only two ways to solve the problem.
One is a vaccine.
The other is isolation and quarantine.
The other day, he appeared on my program and said the following:
“Because the number of infected people is increasing, the quarantine policy being carried out in central China is not functioning.”
Why is it not functioning?
Because the Chinese Communist Party concealed information for far too long.
For a long period, they lied.
There was a possibility of controlling this pandemic as early as December, yet they lied to the people and gave them false information.
That is why it spread, and now it has become uncontrollable.
The way they are trying to respond is utterly childish.
Hatfill said, “China is already out of control.”
Their handling of biological weapons is the worst.
Every night, I pray to God.
Did this virus come from bats?
Or did it come from birds and then become transmitted from person to person?
People are saying:
“This virus is connected to the P4 laboratory.”
I do not think it is a coincidence.
It is the only pathogen laboratory in China.
After SARS, it was built by France as a high-level laboratory, a facility where Chinese researchers could develop vaccines.
It is not a coincidence that it is located in Wuhan.
That laboratory alone is near the seafood market.
Did it leak during the process of vaccine development, or was it part of a biological weapon?
If this virus was created at the P4 laboratory, the Chinese Communist Party is finished.
The Chinese Communist Party’s handling of biological weapons is the worst, and they have long concealed their biological weapons program, while concerns have been raised in the West.
For example, Senator Tom Cotton, a Republican, Bill Gertz, a columnist for The Washington Times, and Guo Wengui have all referred to China’s biological weapons program.

Dr. Li Wenliang, famous as a hero of Wuhan, had issued a warning.
The Chinese Communist Party detained him for spreading rumors.
They stripped him of his career and tried to arrest him.
But he was right.
If the Chinese Communist Party had listened seriously to Dr. Li and his colleagues, it might have been able to respond quickly.
But because they think only of power, they merely condemned Dr. Li.
Dr. Li was forced to sign a document saying, “I spread lies.”
After that, Dr. Li chose to return to the hospital and continue working.
Shortly before his death, he gave an interview to The New York Times and said that he had been “careless.”
While treating an asymptomatic 82-year-old patient, he carelessly removed his protective suit.
He was infected by that patient and died ten days later.
I have also heard that the director of Wuchang Hospital was infected by an asymptomatic patient.
There is still much we do not know.
That is because the Chinese Communist Party has not allowed the world’s virus experts to enter Wuhan.
Everyone is relying on information from the Chinese Communist Party.
But that information is unreliable.
Because they lie as naturally as they breathe.
Senator Tom Cotton said:
“It is not the duty of those of us around the world to dig for information and continue asking questions.
It is the duty of the Chinese Communist Party and its leaders in Beijing to come forward to the world, accept the world, help the Chinese people, and protect the safety of the world.”
This is what we have been saying for years and years.
The Chinese Communist Party is dangerous to the Chinese people, and most importantly, it is dangerous to humanity.
They think like gangsters.

Even if it was not intentional, even if it may have occurred naturally, they are concealing information.
They are lying for the sake of power.
Either way, they are destroying China.
