To avoid the nightmare of the Chinese Communist Party

The following is from an article by Jason Morgan, Associate Professor at Reitaku University, which appeared in today’s Sankei Shimbun.
It is a must-read not only for the Japanese people but also for people worldwide.
The article on page 2 of today’s Sankei Shimbun that follows this article clarifies that the Communist Party and the Constitutional Democratic Party are nothing more than colonial parties.
The Communist Party was a colonial party of the Comintern when it was founded, and now it is an anti-Japanese party affiliated with communism.
The attack of the “white ships” and the crisis of Japanese national politics
One day, a foreign ship suddenly appears off the coast of the Japanese archipelago.
The foreign leader explains the ship’s movements, saying that it is here for mutual peace and prosperity.
But the intimidation is blatant.
Instead of mutual peace, their goal is to bring about a new order in the Western Pacific.
See, one by one, the surrounding countries have become vassals of the foreign country that owns the ship.
But the Japanese government, which has been in a state of peace for years, is not sure how to respond.
The Japanese bureaucracy is endlessly tossing and turning, hoping that things will work out as they always have.
Will Japan be able to respond in time? Will it be able to maintain its independence? Anxiety is in the air. The future is uncertain.
The above may remind many of the histories of the end of the Tokugawa Shogunate, around 1853, when the Black Ships led by Commodore Perry of the U.S. arrived in Japan. Still, it is a reality that is happening right now.
Not the end of the Tokugawa shogunate, but a national crisis before our eyes
In 2022, the foreign-flagged ships threatening Japan are “white ships,” not the black ships of the United States, but “second navy” ships armed under the guise of law enforcement under China’s Maritime Police Law.
China is bringing to Japan not peace and prosperity but a “new order” for the Western Pacific and the entire world.
Last December, Sargis Sangari, a former lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army and a friend of mine, sounded the alarm on security issues to the Japanese Diet members and others concerned.
Mr. Sangari is the founder and manager of a think tank that closely monitors Middle East issues.
According to Mr. Sangarri, today is the return of 1853.
The rise of China, like the rise of the United States, is a world-shaking event. It is not a problem that the Japanese government can deal with “as before,” he said.
In his presentation, there is one more thing to listen to the U.S.’s criticism and suggest adopting a “neo-colonialist” attitude toward Japan.
Worried about unhealthy dependency
What do we mean by “neo-colonialism”?
What does “neo-colonialism” mean?
It means that the U.S. has developed U.S.-style imperialism on the mainland of the dismantled postwar Japanese Empire.
There is something wrong with Japanese politicians who do not even try to protect their own country. The cause may lie in this neo-colonial mindset.
Indeed, in about three years, the 80th anniversary of the postwar system, an anniversary that should not be celebrated, will come around.
Very unfortunately, the “neo-colonialism” of the U.S. has become the norm for Japanese politicians.
I think it is this unhealthy dependency that Mr. Sangarri is worried about.
Before confronting China, Japanese politicians hesitated to boycott the so-called “Genocide Olympics diplomatically,” The Japanese government seemed to have given up its sovereignty and even the concept of nationhood under the “neo-colonialism.
It can say that Japan deserved the problems that the U.S. created, but nearly 80 years after the end of World War II,  it can no longer blame the U.S.
It is now up to the Japanese people to break the spell of the postwar system.
Will they be okay with becoming a part of China?
After all, there is a complex legacy of modern history that can be seen in the phrase “postwar system,” and it is clear that the Japanese are shying away from China.
But let’s understand modern and contemporary history accurately.
One of the bitter ironies of history is that the Japanese nation lost its own independence and came under the control of a foreign empire to secure the freedom of the countries around it.
It’s a complicated history indeed.
But modern history is not the only thing that determines the fate of Japan.
The war and the post-war regime are not the whole of Japan.
For example, let’s look at Japan from a longer historical perspective.
We can see that Japan is under the control of a foreign empire is a highly abnormal situation.
To avoid the nightmare of the Chinese Communist Party
The British historian Arnold Toynbee recognized the uniqueness of Japanese civilization in his book “A Study in History,” written in the 1930s and 1950s.
American political scientist Samuel Huntington also emphasized the civilized personality of Japan in his 1996 Clash of Civilizations.
About Japan, a civilized powerhouse full of historical independence and cultural personality that does not belong to any empire.
If this historical trend is finally correctly understood, it will be clear what Japan should do in the future.
It is to review the US-made Constitution, which is also the identification card of the new colony, to specify the existence of the Self-Defense Forces as an army in the Constitution, strengthen its power, and prepare for China.
Dr. Toynbee praised Japan’s ultimate victory over Western imperialism, but the Japanese denying its achievements is a factor that puts the world at risk.
Let me specify the road to shattering the nightmare “New Order” that the Chinese Communist Party is trying to impose on Japan and worldwide.
The path is for Japan, a civilized nation, to regain the independence it once lost to protect its Asian neighbors from the Western empire and break free from the neo-colonies of the United States.
Otherwise, the next generation will not be able to inherit the nation of Japan, and the country may fall under the control of the Chinese Communist Party.
