The Chinese thought about whether they could “turn pollution into money”…and China teamed up with the Canadian con man “Maurice Strong.”

Every Japanese citizen must immediately go to the nearest bookstore and purchase it.
As for people throughout the world, I will make it known to them as widely as possible.
This chapter proves 100 percent the correctness of this column, which has repeatedly stated that global warming is a trap set by China and referred to the stupidity of the world that has fallen completely into that trap.
The Japanese government and people, the media such as Asahi and NHK, governments and media throughout the world, and all those who make their living from the United Nations must read this with the utmost seriousness.
Every one of them should feel such unbearable shame that they would wish there were a hole they could crawl into.

Shinjiro Koizumi Exposed the Reality of ODA to China.
China’s air is filthy.
It contains soot, exhaust fumes, and even the terrifying PM2.5.
But what is remarkable about the Chinese is that they thought about whether such pollution could somehow be turned into money.
And China teamed up with the Canadian con man “Maurice Strong,” Soju Watanabe wrote in a recent article in the Sankei Shimbun.
They first spread the theory that recent abnormal warm winters and other climate changes were caused by “excessively high concentrations of CO2.”
The concentration had increased “because Japan and other advanced industrial nations had been emitting it for many years,” so they had to reduce their emissions.
If they could not reduce them, they should buy CO2 emission rights from developing countries.
However, China, which at present emits the most CO2, was declared to bear no responsibility “because it is a developing country.”
With China’s backing, Strong became secretary-general of the Rio Earth Summit and spread this fraudulent story in the name of the United Nations.
Chinese NGOs served as its hands and feet.
Japan, which is weak in the face of the United Nations, was completely deceived and is paying China 100 billion yen every year in the name of emission rights.
Recently, Strong’s true identity was exposed, and the biological sciences also issued a warning that if CO2 were reduced any further, plants, which depend on it as nourishment, would die.
With the situation turning unfavorable, China tried putting forward the climate-change girl Greta Thunberg, but how effective that will be remains to be seen.
There was another international fraud of this kind in the same 1990s.
The fraudster was Clare Short, Britain’s Secretary of State for International Development.
The victim, once again, was Japan.
The stage was the countries south of the Sahara, where HIV was then raging.
Patients seeking better medical care kept coming to former colonial powers such as Britain and France.
The social medical costs of Britain and France were about to collapse under the burden.
They wanted to drive out the HIV refugees, but doing so would make them look inhumane.
Clare thought about it.
How about having the advanced countries cancel the debts arising from their repayable aid to sub-Saharan countries?
The poor countries could use the money they would otherwise have repaid to build hospitals locally.
Then they would no longer have to go through the hardship of traveling to Britain.
It was a beautiful story, but Britain’s aid amounted to zero.
The largest aid donor was Japan, which had provided as much as one trillion dollars.
If the debts were to be canceled, she should have bowed her head to Japan, but instead she declared, “Japan’s aid is tied aid. It is a merciless dinosaur that exploits the poorest countries.”
For Japan’s honor, tied aid accounted for only about 10 percent of the total, in specialized fields such as medical care.
It was nothing more than a false accusation, but it was spread by “Jubilee 2000,” an NGO supported by Britain.
In Japan, the Tokyo Catholic Church and the Asahi Shimbun spread Clare’s lies, saying things such as “stand with the weak.”
In the end, Japan abandoned a total of six trillion yen in repayable aid and other claims that were due for repayment over the ten years beginning in 2003, and at the same time decided to abolish so-called tied aid.
Britain, meanwhile, built hospitals locally with the debts Japan had abandoned, played the role of the former colonial power that stood with the weak, and was also able to prevent medical refugees.
Speaking of standing with the weak, Japan has Shinjiro Koizumi.
As soon as he became Environment Minister, he stood beside the Fukushima fishermen and declared, “Even if it is harmless, we will not discharge tritium.”
The fishermen receive their fishing rights from the government free of charge.
There is also the option of terminating those rights or buying them out.
But he cannot bring himself to do anything that would create that kind of friction.
On top of that, at COP25 he was insulted with the Fossil of the Day Award by a climate-change NGO.
He could not even say that the award would have been more appropriate for their employer, China.
Koizumi, who is useless at everything he does, recently, for once, loudly objected to assistance for the construction of a thermal power plant in Vietnam.
He was merely trying to look virtuous by saying that the export of thermal power generation that emits CO2 should not be permitted, but he voiced the simple question, “Why is it that all the construction contracts for those thermal power plants are going to China?”
In fact, after Japan abolished tied aid, China has won almost all of Japan’s nearly one trillion yen in annual ODA contracts.
Japan gave China several trillion yen in ODA and also bought CO2 emission rights from China.
On top of that, Chinese people went abroad with Japanese money and carried out the aid projects.
China’s prosperity blossomed on top of Japan’s stupidity.
Enough of China.
If Japan takes to heart the fact that Koizumi exposed, restores tied aid, and revives nuclear power, which does not emit CO2, no one will be able to call Japan a fool anymore.
