Platitudes, Pollution, and Power: Why China Is the Real Climate Culprit and What Biden Should Tell Japan
This March 10, 2021 essay argues that people who speak only in fine-sounding platitudes—whether Western or Eastern politicians, media figures, or “moralists”—ultimately harm humanity, and that China and South Korea skillfully exploit such naïveté.
Drawing on first-hand observations of PM2.5 smog over Osaka and satellite images showing China’s sky “muddy dark red” for more than thirty years, the author contends that if air pollution drives climate change, then China is overwhelmingly the main culprit, and global “climate” policy should begin by regulating China rather than punishing advanced democracies.
He denounces Japan’s political class, exemplified by Shinjiro Koizumi, for embracing renewable energy and electricity-market liberalization as empty slogans, pointing to recent cold snaps, stay-at-home demand, grid strain, near-blackouts, and soaring household electricity bills as proof that the China-and-eco-moralist “green” narrative is a lie.
Addressing President Biden and the U.S. Democratic Party, the essay condemns past American ignorance about Japan and warns that repeating such errors will hand hegemony to “the worst dictatorship in human history,” urging Washington instead to press Japan to restart all nuclear plants immediately, acquire nuclear deterrence against China, and lead a Japan-U.S.-Europe-Australia-India coalition to secure a genuinely “free and open” South China Sea.
People who spout nothing but fine-sounding platitudes, whether in the East or the West, are all operators you should be wary of.
In fact, they are invariably people who bring harm to humanity.
You should also know that China and South Korea, countries of bottomless evil and plausible lies, know how to make use of such people.
If it is correct to say that global warming has been caused by air-polluting gases, then it is no exaggeration to declare that all responsibility lies with China.
China has been in the following situation for over 30 years.

Quite some time ago, I realized this through truly first-hand knowledge.
From my house I have a panoramic view over the Osaka city area.
For some reason, the Japanese media have hardly reported this even to this day.
The air was being polluted as PM2.5 invaded from the Chinese mainland.
So I searched, “What about China, the source?” and found that the airspace over China was a muddy, dark red, with unbelievably bad pollution levels.
China is a country that allows human beings to live in such a place and continues to leave that state unaddressed.
China has kept that condition for more than thirty years.
If air pollution is the cause of climate change, then the largest source is China.
Nowhere else.
Nowhere else.
(When it comes to air pollution alone, India and Indonesia do have certain problems.)
In other words, it is enough simply to regulate China.
The world’s ignorance, benightedness, and stupidity are beyond belief.
Japan too has far too many “political operators,” starting with Shinjiro Koizumi, who do not understand even such elementary-school-level matters.
To Biden and the U.S. Democratic Party.
So-called “climate change” is, in the first place, a trap China has laid for the advanced nations.
If you do not realize this, it will not only mean that you and the world will once again be outsmarted by China, but also that you will be committing a grave error that may allow the worst dictatorship in human history to seize hegemony.
If you talk about reducing carbon dioxide, then you should instruct Japan to restart all its nuclear power plants at once.
Unless you grasp that the fine-sounding talk of promoting renewable energy—jointly produced by China and fake moralists—and the liberalization of the electricity market that is now being loudly advertised is complete nonsense, humanity will only be heading into a dark world ruled by bottomless evil and plausible lies, as exposed by the foolish situation in which a slight cold wave and stay-at-home demand alone have strained the electricity supply to the brink of a massive blackout, and caused households under contract with new power companies to see their monthly bills jump by tens of thousands of yen.
Biden and the Democratic Party.
In the past you were utterly ignorant and benighted with regard to Japan.
That is why today’s dangerous instability in the world exists.
Stop repeating ignorance, benightedness, and stupidity.
For example, there are two things you ought to say to Japan.
The above-mentioned immediate full restart of nuclear power plants.
At once, arm yourselves with nuclear weapons and acquire a deterrent capable of stopping China’s outrage.
Take the lead in stabilizing Southeast Asia.
As leader of the free camp in Asia, let us secure a truly free and open South China Sea through a genuine Japan–U.S. alliance, Japan–Europe alliance, and cooperation including Australia and India.
To be continued.
