Global Climate Conferences Were China’s Trap—Japan’s 30 Years of Paying the Price for Its Own Naivety
This article argues that major global warming conferences, including Rio and the Paris Agreement, were strategic traps set by China to exploit advanced nations—especially Japan. The author criticizes Japan for having paid 100 billion yen annually for 30 years to China, the world’s largest CO₂ emitter, under the guise of historical “compensation.” With Osaka suffering from PM2.5 pollution, the article contends that Japan’s media-driven misconceptions allowed China to extract massive benefits, calling it a striking example of how misguided global environmental politics have become.

Today, Osaka is being hit by PM2.5.
The global warming conferences (Rio, Paris) are traps set by China against the advanced nations.
It is no exaggeration to say that they were targeted especially at Japan, including the anti-nuclear movement, etc.
Until six years ago, when Japan was still under the control of the Asahi Shimbun, Japan paid an enormous sum—100 billion yen every year—to China, the overwhelmingly largest air-polluting nation in the world (the world’s largest CO₂ emitter), as so-called “compensation” for the CO₂ emitted by advanced countries in the past.
The world had become foolish to this extent.
To be deceived by China to such a degree—Japan had become hopelessly foolish.
