The True Culprits Behind the “Killer Bus” — The Media That Destroyed Thirteen Young Lives

Seeing the subway advertisement calling the bus accident “the crime that stole the future of 13 students,” the author mutters to his friend, “You are the real culprits.” Weekly magazines and major media outlets, while attacking politicians like Minister Amari, remain blind to their own responsibility. Believing their own hands to be spotless, they are in reality traitors who have steadily weakened Japan’s national strength.

Seeing this, I muttered to the friend sitting next to me, “You are the war criminals.”
January 25, 2016.

“The war criminals behind the ‘killer bus’ that stole the future of 13 university students.”

This was not merely an article of the lowest and most vulgar kind targeting Minister Amari. It was also the wording that appeared in a hanging advertisement inside a subway train for this week’s issue of Shukan Bunshun, which has once again begun to devise schemes to weaken Japan’s national strength.

When I saw this, I muttered to the friend sitting beside me,

“You are the war criminals.”

At the same time, just like the media led by Asahi and the so-called cultural figures, they themselves are completely unaware that they are the very war criminals.

And they are truly incorrigible people who always believe their own hands to be perfectly clean.

Not only that, in reality, they are nothing less than traitors themselves.

So I whispered to the friend sitting beside me.
