Despite being one of the world’s most law-abiding nations, Japan has repeatedly been portrayed at the United Nations as a major human-rights violator through the actions of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations. Meanwhile, blatant abuses by the Chinese Communist regime and systemic defamation by South Korea have gone largely unchallenged. This article exposes the abnormal and distorted structure behind these accusations.

As readers well know, I have previously advanced what I call the “2 percent evil-person theory.”

The proportion of such evil people, who exist in every country, is probably the highest in Osaka within Japan. In fact, many people have encountered evil and suffered feelings of deep resentment. It would not be surprising if the television drama Hissatsu Shiokinin had crossed their minds more than once. In other words, our country is, without exaggeration, the world’s foremost state governed by the rule of law, where even “the worst villains sleep well.” Many victims likely harbor intense anger, or else resign themselves to their fate and view it in a caricatured manner.

Yet the very organization that helps create this reality—the Japan Federation of Bar Associations—has, incredibly, gone repeatedly to the United Nations behind the backs of the Japanese public in order to portray Japan as though it were the world’s worst human-rights-violating nation. Through these persistent actions, they have induced the UN to issue human-rights recommendations against Japan many times over, thereby continuing to degrade Japan’s value to an extreme degree.

And yet, not a single Japanese citizen has ever heard that these same people have frequently gone to the United Nations to protest the blatant and ongoing human-rights abuses carried out by the one-party dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party, or the severe defamation by South Korea, which in actuality is a quasi-Nazi state.

They are, in truth, a bizarre and abnormal group.

Needless to say, they themselves are completely unaware of this fact.
