A HAPPY NEW YEAR from “The Turntable of Civilization”

A Happy New Year to all of you around the world.

The past year has once again reminded us
how fragile truth can be
when words are stripped of responsibility
and history is treated as a tool rather than a record.

“The Turntable of Civilization” exists for a different reason.
It is not a space for trends, applause, or convenience.
It is a place to observe civilization through time,
to question dominant narratives,
and to preserve thought that can endure beyond the present moment.

Civilization does not move in a straight line.
It turns.
And with each rotation,
we are tested on whether we remember, understand,
and learn—or merely forget.

In the year ahead,
I hope to continue sharing reflections that respect history,
honor intellectual integrity,
and connect cultures through careful thought rather than loud certainty.

May 2026 be a year in which
your thinking deepens,
your curiosity remains free,
and your dignity is never surrendered.

A Happy New Year,
and thank you for turning the wheel of civilization together.
