Japan, as a nation where the civilizational turntable rotates by divine providence, must take concrete actions to restore a two-hundred-year cycle of global stability.
This chapter outlines, for the first time, what Japan must do to fulfill that role.

The following is a continuation of the chapter titled, “As I have stated many times, Japan remains, in substance, the world’s second super economic power.”
That Japan is a nation where the civilizational turntable rotates by divine providence.
And therefore, that Japan must lead the world alongside the United States as a nation possessing the highest level of freedom and intellect.
In order for Japan to act in accordance with the will of God, bring peace and stability to the world, and restore the divine law by which the civilizational turntable rotates in two-hundred-year cycles,
what must be done is, in fact, simple, precisely because Japan is a nation where the turntable of civilization already rotates.
I am the first person in the world to have appeared in writing to state that what is impossible for China or India is possible for Japan.
Even if the turntable were to move to Brazil, as I predicted, the world now realizes that it would take at least one hundred and seventy years.
Now then, what Japan must do is something I will once again declare to the world for the first time.
This time, I will present it in bullet points.
First, Asahi Shimbun must be abolished immediately.
As already stated, the damage they inflicted upon Japan amounts to approximately 1,400 trillion yen, both above and below.
Since it is impossible for them to repay such colossal damage to the Japanese state, the only way to make them take responsibility is through immediate abolition.
Through countless fabricated articles, they have gravely damaged the trust, honor, and reputation of past and present Japanese citizens within the international community.
Yet to this day, they have not undertaken a single effort to correct these falsehoods before the world.
It is evident to all that they have no intention of doing so.
Second, the Japanese Communist Party must be outlawed, precisely in accordance with the principle of “learn from Germany,” which Asahi and others have long advocated.
Third, what I wrote in “The Civilizational Turntable” was entirely correct.
The Tokyo Stock Exchange must be made the world’s largest market, on par with the NYSE.
One of the facts that continues to prove Japan’s status as the world’s second super economic power is its contribution to the United Nations.
In the sense that Japan has never suspended its payments as the United States has,
Japan has in fact continued to pay the largest, extraordinarily massive sums in the world.
