Designate China as a Terrorist State: The Lies of Nanjing, ODA, the WTO, and the True Nature of the Chinese Communist Party Exposed by the Wuhan Virus
Drawing on a dialogue between Masayuki Takayama and Eitaro Ogawa in WiLL magazine, this article examines the Chinese Communist Party’s exploitation of the Nanjing Massacre narrative, ODA, the WTO, the IMF, and the global crisis caused by the Wuhan virus.

The Chinese Communist Party rode on the lie of the Nanjing Massacre, which the United States had first put forward, pressed the Japanese people for atonement, and succeeded in extracting ODA and technical assistance for free.
The following is a continuation of the previous chapter.
Designate it as a terrorist state.

Since the Meiji era, Japan succeeded in modernizing by adopting Western technology and institutions.
How to suppress Japan, “the heretic of the East,” which had encouraged the countries of Asia――this was the most important issue for the United States, and China, the same yellow race, was used for that purpose.
Before and during the war, Chiang Kai-shek received money from the United States and hindered Japan.
Even after the war, the United States continued to view Japan as an enemy, and even after China became a Communist Party regime, America continued to use China to suppress Japan.
The Chinese Communist Party rode on the lie of the Nanjing Massacre, which the United States had first put forward, pressed the Japanese people for atonement, and succeeded in extracting ODA and technical assistance for free.

The American establishment thought that they had been using China.
But now they have realized that, in fact, they themselves were being used by China.
By the latter half of the Obama administration, they had come to recognize that if things were left as they were, the consequences would be grave.

The United States focused on cheap labor wages and used China as, so to speak, a “slave factory.”
For that purpose, it allowed the Communist Party dictatorship in Beijing to enter the WTO and the IMF, which had been created by the free world.
However, before anyone knew it, the slave factory began raising wages, and its value as something to be used was cut in half.
On the other hand, the Beijing government skillfully used the WTO and the IMF to make enormous profits, and with that money built up its military and began invading the Western Pacific.
In international organizations as well, through its favorite bribery offensive, it occupied key posts, and reached the height of arrogance, speaking of a G2 and dividing the world with America.
Then came this coronavirus.
The sun in heaven sees through everything.
It was as though a piercing admonition had been delivered to the villain.

For President Trump, what began as a trade war turned, before anyone knew it, into a corona war.
I think the number of deaths in the United States will ultimately exceed 100,000, which is like having one atomic bomb dropped on the country.
Takayama
Even the Vietnam War, over which there was such an uproar, had 58,000 deaths.
This has easily surpassed that.

The major countries of Europe have also, across the board, suffered more than 30,000 deaths.
In Europe and America, voices calling for the management of the world by white nations will probably grow stronger.
A conciliatory line toward China will disappear, even from the standpoint of popular sentiment around the world.
The Western countries that have helped China’s ambitions until now will from now on move in the direction of exclusion or control.
When a failure in infectious disease control is involved, lives are at stake.
When lives are at stake, white people are frightening.

Roger Roth, president of the Wisconsin State Senate, received an email saying, “In light of this coronavirus crisis, we would like you to propose to the legislature a resolution praising the response of the Chinese government.”
The sender was the Chinese consul general.
In response to this arrogant demand, President Roth reportedly replied, “Dear Consul General, nuts.”
Dai Yuming, China’s acting ambassador to Israel, protested at a press conference after the Israeli government, along with the United States, banned the entry of Chinese nationals at an early stage.
He said, “During the Holocaust, only China accepted Jewish refugees in Shanghai, and yet Israel has forgotten that favor and treated us so coldly. I am saddened.”
Then the Israeli side retorted, “What nonsense. At that time Chiang Kai-shek had fled to Chongqing, and the Chinese Communists were holed up in Yan’an. It was Japan, which controlled Shanghai, that accepted the Jewish refugees.”
In this way, Chinese diplomats in various countries vigorously tried to stage the image that “China is a good country.”
Ogawa
The West, too, has done all kinds of maneuvering behind the scenes of international society in order to maintain its hegemony.
Even so, it has understood the limits of lying.
As long as a country adopts democracy, it cannot commit shameless acts that wound the conscience of its people.
That is precisely why international society has placed its trust in the G7.
In the midst of all this, China trampled underfoot the tacit understanding.

There remains a persistent theory that the Wuhan virus involved a biological weapons research institute.
Germany’s magazine Der Spiegel also reported, as information obtained by German intelligence agencies, that “the institute was closed in mid-October 2019. Was it closed in order to conceal the fact that the virus had leaked from there and to destroy the evidence?”
Whether intentional or negligent, if it came from a biological weapons research institute, it is nothing other than an act of terrorism against countries around the world.
Even before that, China already had a criminal record of intellectual-property theft and economic terrorism.
It would be best simply to designate it as a terrorist state.
