Is Japanese Money Financing China’s Military Buildup and Belt and Road Initiative? — Abandoned Chemical Weapons Disposal and National Responsibility
2024-02-22
This article is one of the most important articles in the postwar world.
It is also one of the most important articles in “The Turntable of Civilization,” which emerged in July 2010 as a blog without parallel in the postwar world.
The following expands upon the chapter I published on December 10, 2010.
The author of the article is identified as Hisato Ishikawa, but this may be a pen name.
The likelihood that this article hits the mark is almost 100 percent.
It is frightening beyond measure.
If this is true, it is no exaggeration to say that China’s astronomical military buildup is being financed with Japanese money.
China has been advancing its Belt and Road Initiative simply by using Japanese money.
It lends that money at high interest rates and, when repayment becomes impossible, seizes assets as Chinese property.
Ports, airports, railways, and other infrastructure in developing countries, situated at strategic locations that China has set its sights on, become Chinese property through the use of Japanese money.
It is the greatest and worst act of cruelty in human history, and the greatest and worst instance of “being a gullible do-gooder” in human history.
Why was such a thing done?
Because it was a Chinese conspiracy dating back long before this column emerged in July 2010.
As the article states, Japan–China talks began in earnest in 1996.
Moreover, the Asahi Shimbun dominated Japan until August 2014.
In a sense, that was the greatest factor.
This was because the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the politicians who took the lead in advancing it—in other words, those foolish politicians—all subscribed to and read the Asahi Shimbun.
They had no minds other than those shaped by reading the Asahi Shimbun.
The other greatest factor was GHQ’s occupation policy.
In other words, the United States also bears the greatest responsibility for this matter.
This matter is the result of China, a country of “bottomless evil” and “plausible lies,” abusing the United Nations.
Japan–China talks gained momentum in 1996, just before the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) entered into force… Could the CWC, too, have been a Chinese conspiracy to carry out this evil plan?
They are plotting to force Japan to sign the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
Their purpose is to prevent Japan from ever possessing nuclear weapons.
Therefore, China’s principal target is Japan.
Japan’s Peace Boat, a central organization in this movement, received the Nobel Peace Prize.
Through this article, the Japanese people and people around the world will realize for the first time that all of this was a Chinese conspiracy.
If what Hisato Ishikawa writes is correct, the international community must immediately recommend that the Japanese government stop making payments to China.
This is because China’s most evil plan, the “Sinicization of the world,” is being carried out with Japanese money.
The media, which have reported nothing about this issue, have failed not only as journalists but also completely as Japanese citizens and as human beings.
Japan is paying China 60 trillion yen for the so-called “disposal of abandoned chemical weapons,” and this decision was made by the Democratic Party of Japan administration.
The Asahi Shimbun, which can without exaggeration be described as a mouthpiece for China, must also have endorsed this decision.
However, this is the greatest and worst criminal act against the nation in Japanese history.
They continue to pursue the Moritomo issue.
It is no exaggeration to say that the “Moritomo, Kake, and cherry blossom” controversies, which suddenly began and received extensive coverage, were orchestrated by them and China to conceal this issue from the Japanese people.
Everything also falls into place if the Chinese intrusion into the waters around the Senkaku Islands and the ramming of a Japan Coast Guard vessel during the Democratic Party of Japan administration are understood as having been orchestrated to conceal this issue from the Japanese people.
We have tried, in our own way, to verify the truth of this article, and we remain convinced that it is almost 100 percent true.
