“Vision” and “Transcendence” in an Age of Crisis—Hideyoshi, Ieyasu, Shinzo Abe, and the Mission of the Conservative Party of Japan

Prime Minister Kishida talks nonsense about the “Three Non-Nuclear Principles,” while Sayuri Yoshinaga speaks of preserving Article 9 and resolving matters through dialogue

When Oda Nobunaga was assassinated by Akechi Mitsuhide, Toyotomi Hideyoshi immediately led a large army against Mitsuhide and defeated him.
Through this, he gained supremacy over Japan.
This was because Hideyoshi possessed “vision” and “transcendence.”
The designation “the Three Great Men of Owari” is no empty honorific.
Ieyasu fought at Sekigahara and gained supremacy over Japan.
He, too, possessed “vision” and “transcendence.”
It is no exaggeration to say that our age is as turbulent as the Sengoku period—and far more dangerous.
During the Sengoku period, Japan did not face the prospect of invasion by foreign enemies, but today the situation is different.
China, Russia, and North Korea—nuclear-armed states that it would be no exaggeration to call three evil nations—are Japan’s neighbors and are hostile toward Japan.
North Korea repeatedly launches missiles and is working frantically to complete the development of a decisive nuclear force.
China, which it would be no exaggeration to describe as the most monstrous state in history, violates Japan’s territorial waters day after day.
Under the Constitution imposed by GHQ—a constitution intended to weaken Japan permanently—Japan cannot even call its forces a military.
Worse still, Prime Minister Kishida talks nonsense about the “Three Non-Nuclear Principles,” while Sayuri Yoshinaga speaks of preserving Article 9 and resolving matters through dialogue, uttering words as though she remains under GHQ’s brainwashing.
There was one politician, Shinzo Abe, who could provide an unshakable defense of Japan.
It would be no exaggeration whatsoever to describe him as “a Nobunaga of our own time.”
But in July 2022, he was assassinated in Nara.
The birth of the Conservative Party of Japan was, in fact, the greatest watershed in postwar Japan.
One reason was that it also represented an avenging of Abe.
[Passage omitted.]
But do the central figures themselves understand the greatness—or the gravity—of what has happened?
Are they people endowed with vision and transcendence?
Because Japan is in a genuine crisis in every conceivable sense, the countless people throughout the country who embody what Saicho called “national treasures” have risen to act.
I do not call this mysterious; I declare that it is nothing less than “divine providence.”
The United States, which must lead the world alongside Japan, is unstable as a result of the Democratic Party’s pseudo-moralism, or political correctness.
Unless Japan now rises as a country in which the “Turntable of Civilization” has turned, and leads the world together with the United States, the world will be in extreme danger.
That is why the Conservative Party of Japan was born and why the present situation has emerged.
Surely it was born because it is now or never.
If its leaders regard the Conservative Party of Japan as equivalent to Sanseito or to the political parties that have come before it…
If they regard it as merely another phenomenon of the same kind…
The world could end in ruin.
To be continued.
