The Italian unification movement…
In Italian, Risorgimento, was a political and social movement for the unification of Italy that took place in the nineteenth century, from 1815 to 1871.
Since the Middle Ages, Italy had been divided into small states, and each of these states engaged in power struggles under the backing of Austria, Spain, or France.
At the beginning of the nineteenth century, Italy, like many other European countries, entered Napoleon’s sphere of influence, and various reforms were carried out.

After that, Giuseppe Garibaldi led a private army known as the Thousand, landed in Sicily, and ultimately conquered the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies in southern Italy.

In 1861, the Kingdom of Italy was founded, and unification was provisionally achieved.

However, in this movement, which aimed to unite all lands inhabited by Italians, meaning people with Italian culture, the annexation of unredeemed territories remained a political issue thereafter, known as irredentism.
The final integration of unredeemed Italy into the Kingdom of Italy came after Italy’s victory in the First World War.
It was from the 1800s through the First World War.
In other words, Italy’s history as a nation-state is extremely new.
Added to this condition is the underground-economy mentality deeply rooted among the people—the consciousness of not paying taxes…

As a result of the Asahi Shimbun, NHK, and others, which so easily align themselves with their information operations, continuing to dominate Japan until August five years ago…
The Nanjing Massacre…
All readers with clear eyes should have realized that the original source of this was the fabricated Port Arthur massacre.
The “Hundred-Man Killing Contest,” a fabricated article by Asami Kazuo of the Mainichi Shimbun…
In order to prevent Asami from confessing that this article was a fabrication, China, through Liao Chengzhi, brought Asami’s entire family into China.
Then reporters from The New York Times and others, following the example of the fabricated reporting on the Port Arthur massacre carried out by American reporters during the First World War, began fabricated reporting on the Nanjing Massacre around the time of the Second World War.
