In Conclusion, Russiagate Was an Undemocratic Plot in Which Three Parties Conspired to Prevent Donald Trump’s Election and, After He Won, to Remove Him from Office by Illegal Means
This July 19, 2020 article introduces the continuation of Genki Fujii’s essay, “America’s ‘Racial Riots’ Are a Movement to Prevent Trump’s Re-election.”
It examines the dismissal of the case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign, the Steele dossier, funding from the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, and the role attributed to the American liberal media in the Russiagate controversy.

The following is taken from an essay by international political scholar Genki Fujii, published in this month’s issue of the monthly magazine WiLL under the title “America’s ‘Racial Riots’ Are a Movement to Prevent Trump’s Re-election.”
Anyone who reads this essay will surely wonder what Japanese reporting, beginning with NHK’s Watch 9, actually is.
As with its reporting on the Wuhan virus, NHK deliberately fails to observe the five Ws and one H, the fundamentals of journalism.
Its reporting is propaganda produced by people displaying the utmost arrogance, who attempt to lead the Japanese people according to their own distorted ideology.
Yesterday, I learned for the first time that Kensuke Okoshi had served as editor-in-chief of Watch 9.
This was the same man who, while presenting the programme, invited Kang Sang-jung as a guest and used the public airwaves of what is effectively the flagship news programme of Japan’s national broadcaster to make the utterly absurd declaration that he respected him from the bottom of his heart.
He also sincerely believed and stated the fabrication that forced removals had taken place.
If even NHK is like this, it is hardly surprising that TV Asahi and TBS continue without hesitation to engage in conduct that merits the revocation of their broadcasting licences.
This essay is essential reading not only for the Japanese people but for people throughout the world.
The following continues from the preceding chapter.
The Truth About Russiagate
Shortly before the Minneapolis riots, the truth about the Russiagate affair, which had continued in the United States since 2016, was exposed.
On May 7, the Department of Justice withdrew the prosecution of Michael Flynn, the former presidential national security adviser who had been accused of making false statements to the FBI.
What the series of investigations revealed was the horrifying fact that the Obama Democratic administration had been destroying American democratic politics.
Russiagate was in fact “Obamagate.”
Let me explain it simply.
In conclusion, Russiagate was an undemocratic plot in which the following three parties conspired to prevent Donald Trump from being elected president and, after his election, attempted to remove him from office by illegal means.
First, the Clinton campaign and the Obama administration during the 2016 presidential election.
Second, the Department of Justice and the FBI under its authority.
Third, the liberal media.
In August 2016, three months before the presidential election, Peter Strzok, the FBI official in charge of Russian matters, and FBI legal counsel Lisa Page, with whom he was having an affair, considered an “insurance policy” intended to prevent Trump’s election.
Strzok decided to investigate Flynn and began intercepting his communications.
In October, the FBI began wiretapping members of the Trump campaign.
A court’s permission is required before the communications of American citizens can be intercepted.
The material used to obtain that permission was the “Trump dossier,” fabricated by Christopher Steele, a former British MI6 officer responsible for Russian affairs.
The Trump dossier was a document containing the so-called “golden shower allegation,” according to which Donald Trump had invited several prostitutes to a luxury hotel in Moscow in 2016 and enjoyed watching them urinate on a bed.
Steele was sued for defamation by a Russian businessman named in the dossier.
During the proceedings, he testified that the Trump dossier contained “rumours” posted on CNN’s website and thereby admitted that it was unreliable.
Even more astonishingly, the preparation of the Trump dossier had been financed by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee through a front company called Fusion GPS.
The leadership of the governing party had therefore participated in producing a fabricated dossier in order to defeat a rival candidate.
To obtain court authorisation for the surveillance, the FBI submitted the Trump dossier as evidence and falsely claimed that its contents were the product of an investigation, even though it knew that the dossier had been fabricated.
The FBI then began intercepting communications involving the Trump campaign.
To be continued.
