If They Are True Human Rights Lawyers, They Should Sue China for Damages――The Wuhan Virus Crisis and the Suffering of the Japanese People

This article questions why so-called human rights lawyers in Japan, who have repeatedly sued the Japanese government over historical issues, have not taken action against the Chinese government on behalf of Japanese citizens damaged by the Wuhan virus crisis. It calls on them to file damages lawsuits for small businesses and ordinary Japanese victims facing severe hardship.

And yet, among them, not a single person has rushed to the side of the victims, the Japanese people, especially the small business owners for whom this has become a matter of life and death, and filed a claim for damages against the Chinese government.
There is something that not a single Japanese person has mentioned.
In the lawsuit brought by Takashi Uemura, who flew into a rage against Yoshiko Sakurai’s entirely natural essay, hundreds of lawyers took his side.
In Japan, there are many so-called human rights lawyers.
The following is from a chapter I previously published.
The preceding text is omitted.
In Asahi Journal, which was the bible of subscribers who blindly believed in the Asahi Shimbun, Song had advertisements placed many times, with Aoyagi serving as office manager.
Where the funds for this came from can now be easily guessed.
Those who leapt at this were Yoon Mee-hyang, the founder of the Korean Council and a person whose reputation as, in effect, a North Korean spy has become fixed, Mizuho Fukushima and Kenichi Takagi, who were lawyers at the time, and the Asahi Shimbun, especially the reporters of its Osaka Social Affairs Department.
Regarding the comfort women issue, which was a complete fabrication, those who immediately rushed forward as lawyers for the sake of the Korean people, a people of bottomless evil and plausible lies who leapt at it, and filed lawsuits for damages against the Japanese state on behalf of lying Koreans, were Mizuho Fukushima, Kenichi Takagi, Yuichi Kaido, and others.
Since then as well, whenever the other party has been the Japanese government, they have filed similar lawsuits.
The Wuhan virus, the greatest postwar calamity now being suffered by the world.
This is not a fabrication or anything of the kind.
It is the reality now confronting the entire world, and it is fact itself.
And yet, among them, not a single person has rushed to the side of the victims, the Japanese people, especially the small business owners for whom this has become a matter of life and death, and filed a claim for damages against the Chinese government.
Fukushima, Takagi, Kaido.
If you claim to be true human rights lawyers for the sake of the Japanese people, then immediately you must rush to the side of small and medium-sized business owners throughout Japan who have suffered damage, and file class-action lawsuits for damages against China from every region.
If things remain as they are, it would not be an exaggeration at all to say that you were agents of the Korean Peninsula and China, traitors to the nation, and enemies of the state.
Needless to say, such a lawsuit would not be the kind of lawsuit filed in a fit of reverse anger.
It would be a lawsuit filed as lawyers for the Japanese people, who have suffered life-or-death damage, accompanied by the most legitimate anger imaginable.
It would be to fulfill, for the first time in your lives, without any exaggeration at all, your role as proper lawyers of the Japanese nation.
Only then will the gates of heaven open to you for the first time.
