A manifesto calling on young people in Osaka to vote ahead of the 2019 House of Councillors election.
It discusses constitutional revision, national security, the achievements of the Abe administration, what it describes as the anti-Japanese reporting of the Asahi Shimbun and NHK, deflation and employment insecurity among young people under the Democratic Party administration, and argues that Japan must not be left as a weak country vulnerable to invasion by anti-Japanese forces in China and the Korean Peninsula.

They do not want the Constitution to be revised.
The only two anti-Japanese countries in the world that want to keep Japan a weak country that can be invaded, attacked, and occupied at any time are China and the Korean Peninsula.
The following is a chapter published on July 21, 2019.
To young people aged 18 and over who have the right to vote.
In this article, I particularly want to speak to young people who have the right to vote in Osaka.
I had always voted early.
I used to take a taxi to and from the ward office, which served as the early-voting station.
This time, after Miyagi Prefecture, Akita Prefecture, Iwate Prefecture, and Shiga Prefecture, I unexpectedly even began writing “To the Young People of Okinawa,” so I was unable to go and vote early.
But in the end, that was a good thing.
That is because my polling station on election day is a nearby elementary school within walking distance.
Those of you who have not yet voted early can simply take a walk to your nearby polling station.
As I have repeatedly mentioned, the House of Councillors election is a national election.
In Osaka this time, with four seats available, it is possible to make an entirely correct choice.
That is because there are two candidates from the ruling Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito, as well as two candidates fielded by the Japan Innovation Party, which not only has been doing a genuinely good job but is also capable of making the correct choices necessary to defend Japan.
Fusae Ota of the Liberal Democratic Party and I met in Akasaka, Tokyo, at the recommendation of a close friend of mine who worked at Dentsu, when she had graduated from the University of Tokyo with excellent grades, entered the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, and was serving as a section chief.
As I have mentioned before, our meeting time was midnight, 12:00 a.m., a time befitting Japan’s hardest-working professionals.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that we became close friends at our first meeting, yet despite not seeing each other thereafter, I recently happened to encounter her twice in the passageway at Shin-Osaka Station.
The first time, both of us were in a hurry, and I myself thought, “Isn’t that Fusae-chan?” because she was walking along completely unadorned, looking like an ordinary middle-aged woman.
She too seemed to need a moment to remember who I was.
Strangely enough, not long afterward, on my way back after deliberately going into Shin-Osaka Station to have lunch, I happened to run into her again.
This time we both had time, so although we were standing and talking, we spoke about our first meeting and about how, when she was Governor of Osaka Prefecture, I, having chosen Osaka as the stage of my life, had found myself compelled to take stock of Osaka.
I had decided on a date to publish an opinion advertisement in the form of an insert distributed to every household in Osaka Prefecture subscribing to the Nikkei newspaper.
As the deadline approached, I realized that if I wrote it in the form of a letter addressed to her, speaking directly to her, I could write it all at once, and the article I completed instantly, “From Osaka to Osaka,” changed Osaka and, I take pride in believing, helped bring about the birth of the Japan Innovation Party.
Naturally, she knew about this article as well.
Our conversation became animated.
“The election is difficult.”
“You don’t seem to be very strong in elections, do you? (laughs)”
At the time, I never imagined she meant that she herself would be running in this election.
But nothing could be more gratifying to me than being able to vote for her this time.
That is because, among all the candidates in this election, she is overwhelmingly the best person capable of discussing the affairs of the nation without error and possessing an unquestionably sound perspective that can see both Japan and the world.
Defend Japan.
In other words, in order to establish a national security system, we must revise the Constitution that GHQ gave Japan in order to turn Japan into Carthage, a Constitution imposed in order to weaken Japan permanently.
It is a well-known fact that the Japan Innovation Party can also become a major force in achieving this.
They do not want the Constitution to be revised.
The only two anti-Japanese countries in the world that want to keep Japan a weak country that can be invaded, attacked, and occupied at any time are China and the Korean Peninsula.
Therefore, it is correct to regard the media such as the Asahi Shimbun and NHK, political parties such as the Constitutional Democratic Party, and so-called cultural intellectuals who say foolish things such as “defend the Constitution” and “oppose constitutional revision” as all being their agents.
If you assume that nearly all of them, including the utterly hopeless Kenzaburo Oe and Haruki Murakami, have fallen victim to Chinese and Korean honey traps or money traps, things will probably become even clearer.
Or perhaps they are simply people who blindly believe the hopeless newspaper called the Asahi Shimbun, people whose thinking has been formed by Asahi Shimbun editorials, possessors of sanctimonious pseudo-morality whose actual intellectual level is that of kindergarten children.
Tatsuru Uchida himself, an Asahi Shimbun-favored academic and a fool beyond compare, explicitly stated, “Compared with the quality newspapers of Europe and America, the pages of the Asahi are at kindergarten level…,” and this alone is the only statement in his collected remarks that hits the mark.
Until Prime Minister Abe began the second Abe administration, Japan was in the midst of the longest period of deflation in the history of the advanced nations.
It is no exaggeration whatsoever to say that the person who created this deflation, Japan’s lost 20 years, halted the progress of the Turntable of Civilization that had been turning toward Japan by divine providence, and created today’s extremely dangerous and unstable world was Atsushi Yamada, then a single reporter in the economic news department of the Asahi Shimbun.
How could a mere Asahi Shimbun reporter have done such a thing?
As those among you who were already my readers will have known for a long time, until August five years ago, the Asahi Shimbun ruled Japan.
You can immediately understand these facts by referring to the various chapters I have written.
What became clear to the entire world in August five years ago was not merely that this newspaper company had continued writing articles based on a self-denigrating view of history and anti-Japanese ideology.
It was also a company that had continued to make the greatest contribution to the anti-Japanese propaganda of China, a one-party Communist dictatorship and the greatest and worst human-rights-repressing state in human history, and of the Korean Peninsula, an ancient despotic state.
They are totalitarian states that continue Nazism in the name of anti-Japanese education.
South Korea has done so continuously for 74 postwar years since Syngman Rhee.
China has done so ever since Jiang Zemin began it in order to divert the public’s attention from the Tiananmen Square Incident.
They are the only two anti-Japanese countries in the world.
In August five years ago, it was exposed in broad daylight that the true nature of the Asahi Shimbun was that of a traitorous newspaper that had continued contributing to them.
Because of this newspaper company’s numerous fabricated reports, including the Hundred-Man Killing Contest, the Nanjing Massacre, and abandoned poison-gas shells, Japan ended up continuing to pay China more than 100 trillion yen in real terms—that is, taxpayers’ money.
It was the Asahi Shimbun that contributed to China’s abnormal military expansion and encouraged China’s present-day arrogant behavior, and it was NHK that blindly believed and followed it.
During the Democratic Party administration created by the Asahi Shimbun, your predecessors could not even find jobs after graduating from university.
As a result of the deflationary society created by Atsushi Yamada, Japan’s lost 20 years, the number of young people who, even at the age of 30, could not obtain regular employment and earned less than 2.5 million yen a year exceeded 10 million.
There was no way they could marry.
It goes without saying that this accelerated the declining birthrate and aging of the population.
The advanced countries of Europe and America loathed falling into Japan-style deflation as though it were a snake or scorpion, and the moment signs of it began to appear, they immediately took countermeasures.
At such a time, the second Abe Cabinet began.
The results since then are something you yourselves know through actual experience, something you can feel in your own skin.
This House of Councillors election is an extremely important election.
In other words, you should know from your smartphones and PCs, and should have experienced yourselves, that Prime Minister Abe, the greatest politician of the postwar era, risked his life, recognized that Japan is the country in which the Turntable of Civilization is turning, restored Japan, and returned it to being a nation that will lead the world alongside the United States for another 170 years.
In this election, we must give Prime Minister Abe—a rare politician and a true patriot who has risked his life to carry out and accomplish the correct work that must be done—a landslide victory.
While receiving an extraordinarily high annual salary of more than 45 million yen from taxpayers’ money, they stayed away from Diet deliberations for 18 consecutive days, went to the United Nations together with people who make their living from anti-Japanese activities, and denigrated Japan.
They are diminishing Japan’s national power, honor, and credibility.
This is an election in which we must bring down the hammer on parties such as the Constitutional Democratic Party, whose members it is no exaggeration to call traitorous legislators, and inflict a devastating blow upon them.
Because it has taken me until today to convey this to you in this way, I do not know whether it will be in time, but young people, every one of you must go to the polling station.
For what purpose?
To ensure that traitors such as the Asahi Shimbun and NHK never again rule Japan, and to compel them to leave the stage.
Of course, when that happens, they must also be made to compensate Japan for the astronomical losses caused by their fabricated reporting.
It is an election to revise the absurd Constitution that GHQ gave Japan in order to turn Japan into Carthage, with the intention, it would not be an exaggeration to say, of making Japan permanently weak and ultimately destroying it, and, although it has taken 74 postwar years, to free Japan from the yoke of GHQ’s WGIP, the War Guilt Information Program.
In other words, it is an election to remove the Asahi Shimbun and the people who have gone along with it from the stage, and to completely eliminate Communist Party elements and elements of Chongryon from NHK and make it a genuine Japanese state broadcaster.
We will no longer tolerate their viciousness.
That is what this election is for.

The Asahi and others have always said things such as “learn from Germany,” but in Germany the Communist Party is prohibited by law on the grounds that it is not beneficial to the nation; in other words, it has been outlawed.
