The Korean Council, North Korea, and Kiyomi Tsujimoto: The Structure of Forces Determined Not to End the Comfort Women Issue
This article republishes a past essay concerning the Comfort Women issue, the Kibo no Tane Fund, the Korean Council, its representative Yoon Mee-hyang, the Moon Jae-in administration, and a press conference held at Japan’s Diet Members’ Office Building. Citing the views of journalist Miki Otaka, it examines the structure of forces that have used the Comfort Women issue as a tool to divide Japan and South Korea, and questions how Japanese politicians have been involved.

Moon Jae-in places great importance on the Korean Council, invites its representative Yoon Mee-hyang to luncheon meetings, and pretends to be moving as the Korean Council wishes, thereby sending a message to the North: “We are taking good care of your Korean Council.”
I am republishing the chapter I released on October 18, 2019 under the title, “The Kibo no Tane Fund, an organization determined not to let the Comfort Women issue end, and Yoon Mee-hyang of the Korean Council, who said that the destination of the agreement was the garbage bin, at Japan’s Diet Members’ Office Building.”
The following is an article I found on the Internet.
I am republishing, with corrected paragraphing, the chapter I released on March 7, 2018 under that title.
North Korea, the Korean Council, and Kiyomi Tsujimoto.
It appears to be a quotation from an essay by Ms. Miki Otaka.
“The Kibo no Tane Fund, an organization determined not to let the Comfort Women issue end, and Yoon Mee-hyang, representative of the Korean Council, who said that the destination of the agreement was the garbage bin, held a press conference at Japan’s Diet Members’ Office Building.
Unless a Japanese Diet member lends a room, such an activity cannot be carried out.
When I investigated who lent the room, it was Kiyomi Tsujimoto.”
The Korean Council and North Korea.
As the view of Ms. Miki Otaka, the following was written.
“The Korean Council is said to be a North Korean operational organization, and it is an organization that propagandized the Comfort Women issue for the purpose of dividing Japan and South Korea.
Moon Jae-in places great importance on the Korean Council, invites its representative Yoon Mee-hyang to luncheon meetings, and pretends to be moving as the Korean Council wishes, thereby sending a message to the North: ‘We are taking good care of your Korean Council.’”
If this point is true, then this is not merely a Comfort Women issue.
It is an extremely grave issue of political operations that divide Japan and South Korea, demean Japan, mobilize Korean society through anti-Japanese sentiment, and further connect to the intentions of North Korea.
To begin with, the Comfort Women issue is one of the greatest postwar fabrications, created and enlarged in order to demean Japan.
If there are forces determined not to let that issue end, and if those forces have entered not only South Korea but also the area around Japan’s National Diet, then the Japanese people must never overlook this structure.
Japan’s Diet Members’ Office Building is a place for the Japanese people.
It must never be used as a venue for anti-Japanese activities that demean Japan, operations to divide Japan and South Korea, or political propaganda aligned with the intentions of China or North Korea.
On what judgment did the politician Kiyomi Tsujimoto provide that venue?
Naturally, she should be required to explain.
The forces determined not to let the Comfort Women issue end.
The forces that desire the division of Japan and South Korea.
The forces pointed out as being connected to North Korea’s intentions.
And the politicians who provide convenience from the Japanese side to such activities.
This structure is precisely what the Japanese people must look straight at.
