What are they doing?

Today, after checking the PM2.5 pollution map for the first time in several days, I became convinced that China’s announcements are lies.
That is because it was clear that China’s industrial activity has still not returned to normal.
China still has not accepted a medical investigation team from the United States.

that is, searches for Civilization’s Turntable,
the turntable of civilization,
and Akutagawa Kenji, my original pen name.
Regarding what he did at that time, he confessed to the police investigation that he had done everything himself,
but he skillfully escaped prosecution by the district public prosecutor’s office.
It was around September 2018 that the search results for goo and Ameba suddenly dropped to one-third.
Some time ago, I learned that around that period this man had created exactly the same type of IDs on nifty and had carried out the same kind of attacks.
Each time, nifty deleted them, but the number was, astonishingly, more than 60.
I thought that surely all of them had finally been deleted.
Then, this time, he began using what is also written about on the Internet: fake search pages.
He makes negative sites appear high in the search pages of the target of attack and thereby alters the search results.
Search robots mistakenly recognize those pages as normal and display them.
The method is to fold the normal pages underneath the fake pages.
This time, on those fake pages, he brought out a number of sites of the kind that security software clearly warns are dangerous.
He is creating fake pages from around page one to around page seven.
There, he inserts, on every page, sites that once impersonated this writing on Twitter,
sites that are not displayed because of server errors,
sites that do not exist,
or sites whose meaning is incomprehensible.
Naturally, the search robots recognize this writing as a poor-quality site,
and so the number of search results has fallen to extremely low figures such as 300,000 or 400,000.
The other day, I cleaned out these dangerous sites and suspicious sites.
Immediately, the number of search results changed to the one-million level.
However, it has once again returned to square one.
Google, why don’t you finally stop this man’s evil deeds?
Needless to say, this is a clear crime.
